He was so happy to see Karen when I dropped him off for a second stay so I could tell his previous experience had been a positive one. We received lots of fun pictures and Karen kept me updated on his stay all the time. He looked great when I picked him up the second time and it is obvious he was well taken care of. The best thing about Karen is she is very knowledgeable on dog behavior. She really is an expert read which means she is very capable of discerning dogs' needs and keeping multiple dogs safe.
