About: Hi! My name is Claire, and I’m someone who has always had dogs growing up — they’ve been a huge part of my life. Now that I’m in school, I really miss having a dog of my own, but I know I don’t currently have the time to fully raise one. That’s actually what drew me to Rover: I get to spend time caring for and loving dogs while also helping owners in my community feel confident their pets are in good hands. I genuinely love dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I take caring for them seriously. About: I’ve grown-up around animals my entire life; whether on the farm I grew up on, or taking care of former housemates pets; I’ve always had a strong connection to, and a deep love for animals. While I am currently unable to host/pet sit at my current residence, I am always available to come and do so at the home you and your pets share! My schedule currently has open availability; which means I can, most likely, accommodate your schedule needs; whether that means Days, Nights, Weekdays or Weekends- I’m ready and available! I love to go on long walks; either around the neighborhood or to the local dog park, but have no problem just kicking it at home spending the time giving them all the attention/affection they require. (And for those pets who prefer the single life, I’m also fine with serving as their human can opener while you are away)

About: Although I currently have two pets of my own, I can’t get enough of animals. Therefore, spending time with other pets warms my heart endlessly. I have two cats that require lots of attention and love. They have separate feeding times and amounts, have multiple litter boxes, and need frequent brushings. One cat has urinary tract issues and sometimes has accidents that have to be cleaned up multiple times a day. They also enjoy being chased as a form of exercise, as well as “hunting” for their toys. My one cat is allowed outside only if he is being held or is in his harness. The other cat does not go outside. I live very close to a road so I do not like the idea of letting my cats out on their own.
About: I have been pet sitting since I was 16 years old. I am often asked by coworkers of family to house sit during their vacations. I have pet sat dogs, cats, fish, and even chickens! I am comfortable waking, giving medication, and cuddling (my personal favorite), whatever your pup needs! I have two dogs of my own. One of my dogs is a senior and is high need due to his bone cancer. He requires daily medication and will until we are able to remove the leg. My other pup is a rambunctious lab, who is high drive and needs daily stimulation so he doesn’t anger his older brother. I often take him on walks or use the pond near our home to tire him out! I am used to house sitting in all types of homes. If your pup needs a daily walk I am can do that. If they’re an outside pup we can take a walk or even a hike! I stay at the home and don’t leave often. I ask that a physical copy of directions are left so that I can give the 100% proper care and able to contact through phone as well!
About: I grew up with five cats and one dog, and have helped pet sit friends’ dogs. I am very comfortable playing, feeding, going on walks, cleaning litter boxes, etc. I now have my own tripod cat as well, so I have also learned a lot about caring for pets with different needs! I will be working part time, and not taking classes this summer semester. So I will have plenty of time to stop by throughout the week. I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and stick to their usual routine. I am very careful on checking that doors, gates, and leashes are secure. I follow all instructions closely and keep owners regularly updated!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
