About: Experience with small dogs to large dogs, and with puppies. Owner of a large black lab as a family pet so I understand high energy and dogs that can pull on walks. I’m working a remote position so I have a flexible schedule if needed but am looking to help out with potty breaks at lunch or after work walks and before work walks. I live in a pet-friendly apartment near a park so there is space to walk your pet. I’m caring and will give your dog the attention it needs during my visits with some additional snacks.

About: Hi! I didn’t grow up with pets but was overjoyed to adopt a large rescue pup named Lucy when my kids were small and I can’t imagine my family without our dogs! I’ve cared for my own and family/friends pets for more than a decade and am so excited to get to care for your animals too! With my own pets I have experience with senior dog care through end of life and all that entails (medications, special diet, potty assistance, extra time, love, and patience of course). I also have experience caring for large dogs, anxious pets, and pets with special mobility needs. I have an extremely flexible schedule that includes daily neighborhood walks or hikes. I would love to bring your dog along with me for exercise that suits their personal activity level. I follow instructions well and as a pet lover myself I understand the importance of consistent care. “I met Carlla who was absolutely amazing when I had to go on a four-day trip and leave my Pitbull dog, Kira, in her care. Right from the start, I could tell that Carlla had a real love for animals and was totally committed to giving top-notch care. Before I took off, Carlla made sure we met up so she could get to know Kira better and understand all of her specific needs. We chatted about Kira's daily routine, her favorite foods, and the activities she loved most. It was really reassuring to know that Carlla was taking all of this into consideration to make sure Kira was comfortable while I was away. While I was gone, Carlla stayed in touch regularly, keeping me updated on how Kira was doing. She sent me messages with photos and videos, showing Kira having a blast and relaxing with her. Those updates put my mind at ease, and I was able to enjoy my trip, knowing that Kira was in good hands. On top of the basics, Carlla made sure Kira got plenty of exercise every day. She took her for walks, played with her in the backyard, and even took the time to train her on some basic commands. Carlla was incredibly patient and caring, and you could see the love and respect she had for Kira. Carlla also took her responsibilities seriously when it came to Kira's health. She followed the diet plan to a T and made sure Kira got her meals at the right times. Plus, she didn't miss a beat when it came to giving Kira any necessary medications or keeping her clean and comfy. When I came back home, I found Kira happy, healthy, and full of energy. It was obvious that she had been well taken care of and had received lots of love and attention while I was away. Carlla even gave me a detailed report of everything that happened, including info about Kira's food, exercise, and any unusual behavior she noticed. I can wholeheartedly recommend her. Her dedication, passion, and attention to detail are truly impressive. Carlla is a reliable and skilled professional who understands what animals need and goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible. I feel incredibly grateful to have found someone as amazing as Carlla to look after Kira, and I'll definitely be counting on her services in the future.”
