About: Family and friends started asking me to take care of their pets when I was around 15 years old. Ever since, I've taken care of dogs and cats (even a few lizards!) for people all over my hometown. I've done simple tasks like going to someone's home to just let the dogs out to potty and feed them, all the way to staying at people's homes while they're away. When I was between jobs as a teenager, I briefly worked for a local company that took care of pets on the daily. I've taken care of puppies, small dogs, big dogs, senior dogs who need meds and extra patience, etc. I have a huge heart and am a very empathetic person, especially when it comes to animals of any kind. I have always had a dog or dogs in my family, but am currently pet-less so I'll have all my love to give for your furbabies! I am currently between jobs and looking to use this for some gigs while looking for a steadier job. This of course means that I have plenty of flexibility with time and am perfect for pets who need a little extra hang time! I currently do not offer care in my own home, but am more than willing to do whatever you need in your home! I will always respect your boundaries no matter what.

About: I regularly pet sit for friends and family. 1-3 weeks mostly; but can do just a few days as well. Private home with a fenced yard. Dog lead in yard is available. I love to walk! Short or long walks are all fine with me. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I’ve owned 3 in my adult life. I even fostered a dog for 9 months! It was hard to give her up; but she went to a loving home. I’m honest and trustworthy and dogs just make every day better! I work a pretty flexible schedule. I’m retired so I have lots of time. If your dog likes car rides and public parks…awesome! There’s also 2-3 dog parks not far from my house I have a big yard that's about 70 yards deep and I have a secured lead in both front and back yards. For added safety, I attach an air tag to your pets collar. There are sidewalks all around my neighborhood for safe walks on a leash. I'm not a fan of dog parks. I prefer to select my walking path to ensure your pets safety. I live alone.

About: I am a stay-at-home mom so I am home most of the time. I can give your doggo all the attention they need. I've taken care of dogs really for as long as I can remember. I had a great dane as a teenager so big dogs are no problem. I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom so I am home a most of the time, never gone for long. I am available seven days a week. I have a large fenced in yard that doggies love! I only take one dog at a time or two "sibling" dogs so that everyone can get along and hang out together. I want dogs to feel welcome in my home. I have two cats that are very used to dogs. I have a very large dog kennel to keep your dog safe when I am out and about and at night.

About: I've taken care of both dogs and cats since I was 13 but in the past few years it has gotten more regular. I've cat and dog sat overnight several times and have experience taking care of diabetic cats including having to give them insulin shots twice a day. I’ll be leaving back to college August 14th so I’m available to help out until then! I'm home for the summer before going back to college so I'm pretty available. I run xc and track collegiately so I train for an hour or two and have home responsibilities. Pet sitting fits right in my schedule! I love animals, love to play with them, and keep them good company. Pet sitting it right up my alley. Your pets will be in good hands!

About: I’ve grown-up around animals my entire life; whether on the farm I grew up on, or taking care of former housemates pets; I’ve always had a strong connection to, and a deep love for animals. While I am currently unable to host/pet sit at my current residence, I am always available to come and do so at the home you and your pets share! My schedule currently has open availability; which means I can, most likely, accommodate your schedule needs; whether that means Days, Nights, Weekdays or Weekends- I’m ready and available! I love to go on long walks; either around the neighborhood or to the local dog park, but have no problem just kicking it at home spending the time giving them all the attention/affection they require. (And for those pets who prefer the single life, I’m also fine with serving as their human can opener while you are away)

Right out of high school in 2021, I started working for a dog daycare for almost a year and it was my favorite job ever! I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I am a hairstylist and I am self employed so I make my own schedule. I work Monday through Thursday 10-7 (sometimes Fridays and Saturdays 10-5). Depending on my client schedule, I can take breaks so I can take your dog(s) out to potty or feed them. I work in Florence, Ky. I can make plenty of time for your pups throughout the week! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I know pets feel happiest when they can stay in their own home and stick to their normal routine. About: I’ve had an obvious and innate love of all types of critters ever since I’ve had both feet on the floor. No matter their personality, furry (or scaley!) friends always brings a smile to my face. My first pets were fish, gerbils, guinea pigs and geckos in my lower/middle/high school years and these days I spend all my free time with my 6 year-old tabby, Sock. I grew up around dogs and I’d be delighted to make the acquaintance of yours. I pride myself on being able to respond quickly to the needs, requests and personalities of both you and your pet! After a busy spring, my availability has widened considerably for the summer allowing me to prioritize one of my favorite interests: caring for animals! While new to the rover platform, I am excited to grow my returning clientele with more scheduling opportunities! My home is the protected territory of my cat, Sock, so I don’t offer playdates in my home. However, I’d be delighted to look after you and your pet’s territory! I’ll make sure they don’t get into anything for-humans-only and ensure that the space you share is just the way you left it.

About: Dog and cat mom here: I have had dogs and cats all my life, including raising puppies, I'm the go-to pet sitter in my friend group. I also foster my dogs when I am available. I work at a restaurant so I work short shifts, make my own schedule and have lots of availability. I'm open to all services: visits, walks, overnights (your home or mine). About: Hi, I’m a dedicated pet sitter with hands-on experience caring for a full house—two dogs, five indoor cats, 18 outdoor cats, and two guinea pigs! I truly understand the love, patience, and attention pets need, because I live it every day. Whether you’ve got a playful pup, a picky kitty, or a small critter needing gentle care, I’ll treat your pet like one of my own—with reliability, kindness, and plenty of cuddles! As a part time employee, it allows plenty of time to care for your pets needs and wants. I only work about 5 hour shifts so I have plenty of time around that to be available. I am a happy and energized person and I can get along with all types of animals, young or old, calm or hyper. And I am a very patient person, acquiring that skill as I’ve grown up with dogs and cats and a whole barnyard of animals my whole life.

About: I've had pet since my earliest memories. On top of caring for pets of my own, including cats, dogs, reptiles, arachnids, and more, I also fostered animals in southern Indiana for 5+ years. Now that I'm in the Cincinnati area I want to find a way to help animals again so I joined Rover! I currently work as a contractor for a delivery company so I choose my own hours, this way I have time to fit in the furry friends. I can come any time, day or night! When caring for pets in someones home I always make sure to have a list of things the pet parents want to make sure is done. I also make sure all cabinets and doors are secure before leaving a room, this way pets can't get into anything they shouldn't. When outside with the pups, I always make sure to keep them on the outside away from the road when walking on sidewalks.

About: I have years of pet care experience. I’m great at walking dogs, playing with them, and giving them all the attention they need. I’m different from other sitters and walkers mainly because I have been around pets my whole life. I’ve even done volunteer work with both dogs and cats. I love going to the dog park when the weather is nice plus taking trips to petsmart and Petco to let my dog interact with new animals and people is fun for me. Seeing an animal grow by learning something new or just become more loving is a goal I present myself with every time I care for a dog. I’ve cared for animals so much that I even wanted to become a vet one day.

About: I have a 5 year old golden doodle and a 1 year old orange kitty. I have had my fair share of experience with wild and hyper pets, i love them all the same. I have helped my friends and family for years take care of pets while they are out of town. My goldendoodle is nearly 100 pounds so I am not afraid of taking care of or walking big dogs, as long as there is no history of aggression. :) I work a 9-5 M-F so if needed I can help before work feed your pets can check in on them. I prefer evening work as I know I will be off work by 5. I am happy to check in on your pets until 10 PM and walk them until sunset. I pay attention to detail and will make sure your pets are in a safe environment while you are away! Your pet will be safe and loved by me as if you were home yourself.
