Short or long walks are all fine with me. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I’ve owned 3 in my adult life. I even fostered a dog for 9 months! It was hard to give her up; but she went to a loving home. I’m honest and trustworthy and dogs just make every day better! I work a pretty flexible schedule. I’m retired so I have lots of time. If your dog likes car rides and public parks…awesome! There’s also 2-3 dog parks not far from my house I have a fenced in yard that's about 70 yards deep. I also have a 30 yard lead that is concreted in (no fear of them breaking lose. There are sidewalks all around my neighborhood for safe walks on a leash. The closest dog park is about 2 miles from my house. I live alone.

About: "With over a decade of hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of pets, from playful puppies and senior cats to Guinea pigs and hamsters. I bring a deep understanding of animal behavior, nutrition, and health. My compassionate approach ensures every pet feels safe, loved, and well-cared for, while providing peace of mind to their owners." As a self employed person my schedule is generally flexible. I am available most days and I wouldn’t accept a service that I am unable to commit to if my work interrupts. If planned in advance, I can create my schedules around your needs. As a dog walker I will take whichever route is best for your pet. If they prefer a certain direction I will happily take them. If they are curious and want to go somewhere else, I’m good for that too! As a sitter in your home I will always do my best to stick to any routines they are familiar with to ease any anxiety of their humans not being home for them. I’m happy to sit or check on cats if owners are traveling. I know most cats are okay with a clean litter box and food. They are certainly self sufficient little critters. I have 5 in my own home and care for 15 feral fur babies that we attempt to spay or neuter when we can catch them and release them back to our yard where they know food is always available. They also have warm homes for those cold winter nights.

I work full time during the week (7-3), so after and before work is when I can walk or let out dogs. My weekends are completely free for boarding, walking, and sitting! I can also let dogs out on my lunch break depending on distance. I have 1 dog in my home, he is a sweetheart so no worries there! I also live alone so no issues with roomates or space. I have a yard and a dog park in my neighborhood, but it is not fenced. I pay strict attention to dogs I am watching and make sure they are always happy and healthy, I do not take my eyes off of them! If an overnight occurs I will arrive to the home around 8:30PM and stay until 8:30AM, I will also provide a mid-day drop-in visit. Throughout the day though I will return to my own home to work. I have always had a soft spot for animals, specially for dogs. They bring me such happiness and I honestly feel like we are not deserving of the love that they give! Dogs have brought so much joy to my life, especially my own pups. I have great anxiety when I have to Board or find care for my own dogs, that I thought I might be able to bring comfort and compassionate care to others who may feel the same way!
