She sent pictures/ vidoes and updates daily. I was worried our pup wouldn't want to come home he was so happy. He was having so much much fun and was able to run and play. He was freshly bathed when we picked him up. Emily even accommodated a early drop off. I was completely pleased with the experience and felt comfortable on our trip. Our pup was in the best hands. About: I have had dogs in my family since I was about 8. I have worked with puppies from 2018-2020 I have fostered many dogs from Cincinnati Animal Care the past year. I currently am self employed and am home a lot for the time being. I am. really flexible with fitting pets into my daily/weekly routine currently. I have quick access to outside and there are dog friendly parks in my neighborhood that are only a 45 second walk. (usually never busy) I can crate the dog if needed or let them lounge if the owner approves! I can take dogs on short-long walks and can take them to any appointments if anything was planned ahead of time. Very flexible!

Tyler did an incredible job taking care of our cat, who has a rather challenging personality. He was incredibly caring, patient, and created a comfortable environment for our cat to thrive in. He kept us informed multiple times a day through messages and shared amazing photos and videos. We completely relied on him, and he exceeded our expectations. Now that we’re planning to leave the city again, we know exactly who to call to board our cat.
Madison and Adam are the best sitters ever! They send plenty of pictures and Minnie got plenty of walks. They were flexible when I had to drop her off and pick her up a little after the original scheduled time due to flights. Minnie came back, so happy and energized. She had a mini vacation herself! I definitely recommend them to anyone.
This was Mango’s first Rover sitter and as a (possibly overly so) doting dog mom I was a little anxious. Lexi was fantastic, providing daily updates and pictures that really helped put me at ease. I had an amazing experience with them both. We were in town from NC for a wedding so not as familiar with area but i’m so happy I found this wonderful couple ahead of time. They took such great care of my english bulldog and were incredibly kind and always so attentive. My dog was on medication and can be a bit stubborn about it, but they made sure she got everything she needed without any issues. They communicated so well the entire time. They sent me lots of pictures and videos, which really helped my anxiety while I was away. I never felt like I had to constantly check my phone during the wedding reception because I genuinely felt like my dog was in the best caring hands. You can tell they really love animals and take their job seriously. They asked all the right questions and were so understanding and just overall the kindest people. My dog looked so happy and relaxed with them. I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their pet.
Megan and Alexandra are the BEST! I have reviewed them before but want to say again... first and foremost, our girls are safe, loved, spoiled and oh, so happy when they are with them. It puts this nervous Momma's mind and heart at ease. They are very flexible and communicative - and all around great people. We hope they will always want to take our girls!
Maddie was so great! I needed someone last minute and she was quick to respond and so nice. This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got regular pictures and updates, and though I was worried my dog would be anxious it was clear she was having a great time. I’ll definitely be booking with Maddie again!
Julie was wonderful as always! Murphy had the best time for the 2 weeks over the holidays with lots of videos, pictures, and updates. During the stay, Murphy had a senior moment but Julie took care of him no problem. She was also very flexible and communicative when my flight home was delayed 5 hours.
