I had an amazing experience with them both. We were in town from NC for a wedding so not as familiar with area but i’m so happy I found this wonderful couple ahead of time. They took such great care of my english bulldog and were incredibly kind and always so attentive. My dog was on medication and can be a bit stubborn about it, but they made sure she got everything she needed without any issues. They communicated so well the entire time. They sent me lots of pictures and videos, which really helped my anxiety while I was away. I never felt like I had to constantly check my phone during the wedding reception because I genuinely felt like my dog was in the best caring hands. You can tell they really love animals and take their job seriously. They asked all the right questions and were so understanding and just overall the kindest people. My dog looked so happy and relaxed with them. I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their pet.
Jane was our first time using Rover, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the stay by meeting Poppy beforehand, sent pictures and updates while she was there, and Poppy was happy (and worn out) when we picked her up! Maddie was so great! I needed someone last minute and she was quick to respond and so nice. This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got regular pictures and updates, and though I was worried my dog would be anxious it was clear she was having a great time. I’ll definitely be booking with Maddie again!
For our first experience with rover, Katherine far exceeded our expectations! Our beloved Phoebe was so spoiled and happy from drop off to pick up. The daily communication with photos and updates was wonderful, Katherine seemed to know that we needing taking care of too! All in all it was a fabulous experience and we will definitely use Katherine again as a home away from home for our sweet Phoebe.
