“Emily was amazing. We just got our pup less than a week before a family vacation. She was very accommodating helping potty train him, and teaching him commands. She sent pictures/ vidoes and updates daily. I was worried our pup wouldn't want to come home he was so happy. He was having so much much fun and was able to run and play. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. “Our Shih Tzu Dumpling and newly adopted mini Aussie Penny just spent the week with Tammi. I was so nervous to be traveling so soon after getting Penny from the animal shelter. Tammi impressed us with her kindness and her experience with rescue dogs. She totally put my mind at ease and gave me lots of practical tips on helping Penny to adjust to her new life outside of a puppy mill. Tammi's home is beautiful, and her own dogs provided wonderful, therapeutic play for ours in a HUGE fenced yard. She also graciously accommodated our adding a night to our stay at the last minute. “Shauna did a wonderful job with our pups while we were away this past weekend, and we will absolutely be utilizing her services again in the future. She provided pictures and updates while we were gone, and it seemed our dogs settled in very nicely and had a great time. It seems Shauna does a great job in managing the furry guests she has, making sure all the pups are respectful of one another, and is able to separate everyone out as needed. Her huge yard was a big selling point. I know having the ability to run around off leash is something my dogs really benefit from, and knowing the yard is securely fenced gives me tremendous peace of mind. They can romp around, play, sniff, and explore without me worrying about the risks of neighborhood walks or dog parks. Both pups came home tired and happy. I cannot recommend Shauna enough!”

I had an amazing experience with them both. We were in town from NC for a wedding so not as familiar with area but i’m so happy I found this wonderful couple ahead of time. They took such great care of my english bulldog and were incredibly kind and always so attentive. My dog was on medication and can be a bit stubborn about it, but they made sure she got everything she needed without any issues. They communicated so well the entire time. They sent me lots of pictures and videos, which really helped my anxiety while I was away. I never felt like I had to constantly check my phone during the wedding reception because I genuinely felt like my dog was in the best caring hands. You can tell they really love animals and take their job seriously. They asked all the right questions and were so understanding and just overall the kindest people. My dog looked so happy and relaxed with them. I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their pet.

For our first experience with rover, Katherine far exceeded our expectations! Our beloved Phoebe was so spoiled and happy from drop off to pick up. The daily communication with photos and updates was wonderful, Katherine seemed to know that we needing taking care of too!
