“Our first experience using Rover was having our one-year-old American Bully stay for over a week with Hailey. This was not only our first experience using Rover, but also our first prolonged separation from him and his first experience with boarding. We were very selective about who we wanted and met with many other people before Hailey. However, the moment that we met Hailey and her husband at their home, we knew that this was the perfect place for our boy and that he would be well attended to and loved during his stay. While we were away, we received constant updates, pictures, and videos of our dog and it was clear that he was having a great time. Hailey also went above and beyond by providing last minute grooming services at our request for an outstanding price. When we arrived to pick up our dog, he was elated to see us (yay!) but it was also clear that he has been extremely comfortable while we were away. I cannot recommend Hailey's home and care enough. I also cannot imagine having our dog stay with anyone else so long as Hailey opens her home to others' animals. 5 stars. Two thumbs up.”

“I needed a place to board my dog for a night while my husband and I went to a wedding. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. When we leave our dogs with these nice people, they are anxious to run to the door seeking new adventures, smells and to say hello to their family. These two conduct their business in the true fashion of what Rover began with in the first place. It's not a kennel or boarding facility; but they welcome our dogs into their home life.”
