I've never met a dog I didn't love!
I have been dog-sitting for over 18 years and everyone has become returning customers. I love dogs of all kinds. I have taken care of dogs from all walks of life including show-dogs. I have taken care of anything from retrievers to yorkies to pit bulls and everything in between. The smallest dog I've watched was 4lbs and the largest was 220lbs. Everyone I dog-sit for are amazed at how quickly their pup connects with me. In most cases, it is almost instant. I've never met a dog I didn't love and I've never met a dog that didn't love me back. I have experience taking dogs to parks, walking, giving medicine, giving baths, and giving plenty of belly rubs :) I do allow dogs on my furniture but if you do not allow that, I can play by those rules as well as long as you let me know. If you have any questions, just ask! I am super excited to meet your 4-legged best friend.

This was our first experience using Rover and I was really nervous. Rachelle did a great job at answering all my questions and quelling my nerves. She took excellent care of my fur babies, and communicated well. If we’re ever back in the Cincinnati area, I would definitely use her as a boarder for my dogs again.
Rachelle did a good job of letting our dogs get familiar with their new surroundings while keeping her dogs isolated. She has good space in the backyard which was well kept and safe for our dogs. She was attentive while introducing our dogs to hers. She allowed us to stay during the initial time until we were comfortable and she was very personable with us. Prior to us picking up the dogs at 7am, she had taken them for a walk because we were going to be traveling all day. Very thoughtful!
Rachelle was very welcoming, she would send me updates on my fur baby and how the day went! Our fur babies got along just fine and my dog was worn out from all the playing:). Highly recommend!

Rachelle is an excellent provider who goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is happy, healthy and well cared for. He came to us as a nervous dog, but she has the expertise to handle him. I’d leave my pooch with her anytime.

Schedule
I work 3 minutes from home and can come home to give potty breaks regularly if it is on a work day (Tuesday thru Friday). If it is a weekend, I will be home and available for playtime, potty breaks and all the pup needs. I can also be available for multiple day/night stays for folks who need to go out of town.

I live alone in a non-smoking environment in a quiet neighborhood, with a fenced in yard. I do have one dog but he is great with other dogs and even if your pup isn't good with other dogs, I have procedures in place to keep my pup away in a separate part of the house.
A typical day
Our days consist of plenty of outdoor playtime in the back yard. My dog lives to run and play and even just lay in the sun. I have plenty of toys and room to explore. Feeding is done on your dog's schedule.
