About: I’ve been around dogs ever since I was a child! I grew up with 2 Beagles, Chocolate Lab, Lab mix, and a Great Dane. Now that I have moved to Cincinnati, I have many volunteer hours walking dogs and taking them on day trips through Cincinnati Animal CARE! I also have experience house sitting 2 Dachshunds, 2 Golden Retrievers, a hound dog, one blue healer, and one Yorkshire Terrier over the course of 4 years. I’m currently studying Architectural Engineering at UC so my hours of availability vary during the week. I’d be available 12-2 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and 3-10 on Tuesdays and Thursday’s. On the weekends I’d be available at your request! I understand that not all dogs need the same kind of attention to keep them happy! I’m comfortable playing fetch, tug of war, running around, or throwing frisbee for hours if needed but I’m also comfortable going for a nice slow walk with many breaks and lots of pets! I’m very patient when it comes to working with dogs and I prioritize making them feel safe and loved in all environments.

About: I have had 2 dogs in my 26 years of life. one was a black lab and had a labradoodle for 15 years. I have always loved dogs and when I see one I have to pet it. When I was younger, all of my neighbors would ask me to watch their dogs while they were on vacation so I have a lot of experience handling lots of dogs that are not mine. I live in a 3 bedroom condo with an outside deck and grassy area. I have a bachelors degree from UK and currently work for Delta in reservations. In college I was involved in a club where we train puppies to become service dogs one day and help someone in need! My typical day I work 11:45am-8:15pm and have two off days. I if the dog is staying with me I will be able to provide around clock care, if I am watching the pet at your residence I will be able to visit 2/3 times per day on days I work I always think about the pet. I think of the pet as if it is my own and want to make sure they receive love and care while you are away. I did years of research and have successfully trained service dogs, prepped dogs for therapy work, and was the dog trainer at a box store for 2 years before vetmed called my name. Now I have my second service dog I'm training for myself, and work as a veterinary assistant. I'm familiar with reactive dog behavior, and how to manage and redirect it. I understand dogs need enrichment, training, and time to also just be a dog and decompress. I currently work full time Monday, Tuesday, and then my schedule varies on Thursday-Saturday. I get off at 6pm on weekdays and 2pm Saturdays. I would be able to provide care outside of my work hours. I do not provide care in my own home, but have no issues providing care in a client's home! I'm very respectful of people's homes and what they are comfortable with. About: Family and friends started asking me to take care of their pets when I was around 15 years old. Ever since, I've taken care of dogs and cats (even a few lizards!) for people all over my hometown. I've done simple tasks like going to someone's home to just let the dogs out to potty and feed them, all the way to staying at people's homes while they're away. When I was between jobs as a teenager, I briefly worked for a local company that took care of pets on the daily. I've taken care of puppies, small dogs, big dogs, senior dogs who need meds and extra patience, etc. I have a huge heart and am a very empathetic person, especially when it comes to animals of any kind. I'll walk client's dog always on leash and I'll keep it distanced away from other dogs, the only time I'll walk it with another dog is if its from same household.
“Alison has been very reliable and responsive. She’s been walking our new puppy for the last couple weeks to help us get her out of the crate during our work day so she isn’t in there more than 4hrs. Puppy dealing with some pretty bad stomach issues and Alison very helpful with this as far as checking in with worried pup mom and offering more water/different options when pup not up for a walk. She’s been wonderful and we’re very grateful. Will continue to use her services as long as we can and are in a situation where work schedule forces pup into crate for too many hours.”

About: I grew up with 4 large dogs (labs and golden retrievers) and 2 chihuahua mixes. Loved taking care of them as a kid. Now I have 2 cats and I have had them for 3 years. I also volunteered in a cat shelter for 1 year in Miami. I prefer last minute bookings and I will not accept booking requests more than 1 month in advance. I do online tutoring in the mornings and I’m 100% free in the afternoons and all day on the weekend. If you need me to house sit in the mornings, I can as long as I can connect to my tutoring sessions in between taking care of animals! For cats: I can feed, scoop the litter box, refill water, sweep, and of course play with them and give them scratches For dogs: take them on a walk, feed, refill water bowls, clean up, and of course play and give scratches

“My pup had a great stay! I appreciate the flexibility of Kelti and Tanner with drop off and pick up. We received frequent photos and communication throughout the stay and our dog came home tired and happy.
