“Hands down Lisa has been the best dog boarding experience we've ever had on Rover or anywhere else. She was responsive within minutes when we made the booking and from that point on made sure the drop-off was smooth (even though I was late!), sent frequent updates, and even checked in on how our trip was going. She took exceptional care of both of our dogs, who are seniors, and in particular our Weim, Ruger, who was recently diagnosed with canine lymphoma. Lisa made sure all medicines were administered correctly and gave the dogs plenty of walks (which they loved). When we picked the dogs up, Lisa had a beautiful poinsettia and Christmas card to hand to us. In a world that has, in some ways, become increasingly distant and cold, this act of kindness was very special and meant a lot to us as we cope with the reality of Ruger's fate.”

“Five stars can’t possibly capture the level of care and attentiveness that Tina gave to our sweet pup. She was available on short notice, took handwritten notes while being introduced to our dog, and keeps an immaculate and welcoming space for her animals. She’s deeply passionate about providing the kind of care she would want for her own animals. Lots of walks, detailed attention to eating and potty habits, and plenty of great pics of our girl. She also let me come pickup my pup for runs and hikes during the day on several occasions. It was obvious that she made our dog a welcome member of her family. Tina provides the highest level of quality and compassionate dog care imaginable. This was the first time we’d left our pup with a sitter, and by the end it felt more like a relative or friend had our girl. We would not hesitate to have Tina dog sit for us again—in fact, we look forward to it!”

“Serina did a great job with our little old man pup! He can be very nervous and we are overly protective pet parents so we were very nervous to leave him with someone new in a new neighborhood. However, Serina sent updates often and walked Spart each day. She made sure to give him his meds in the morning and Spart seemed genuinely happy! We would definitely have her watch Spart again!”

“Lauren is a wonderful pet sitter! I feel sure my pup felt comfortable, happy, and loved while she was there—the home away from home we were hoping to find. And she sent lots of photo updates that let us know how well our dog had settled in. She gave us great peace of mind the entire time and I’m sure we will use her again!”

“Jackie knows, loves, and respects animals having raised two golden retrievers, worked at horse riding stables caring for and training horses, and taken care of my two Havanese puppies. She is kind and trustworthy. When my dogs see her their tails start wagging and they go running for her to get a belly rub. Your fur babies will be in the best of hands and will be loved as if you were taking care of them yourself! I highly recommend Jackie - your pets will be in the best of hands!”

She takes excellent care of him when I’m not present and prides herself in bonding with the dog and making it feel like its in a comfortable home-like environment.”
