About: Hi! My name is Sarah, and animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently have five cats and two lizards, and I previously had two wonderful dogs who both lived long, happy lives and passed as well-loved seniors. I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals—dogs, cats, fish, snakes, hamsters, goats, and more—and I even worked on a farm for six years. Because of that, I’m comfortable caring for just about any animal you can think of. I’ve also been pet sitting and walking dogs since middle school, so caring for animals has been part of my life for a long time. I’m happy to work with dogs of any size and energy level. Whether your pet needs a long, active walk or a calm visit with playtime and attention, I’m happy to customize each visit to fit their needs and personality. I believe every animal is unique, and building trust is important. Some pets bond through play, some through treats, and others just need a little time and space to warm up. I always pay attention to their signals and make sure they feel comfortable and safe. I’m very reliable and organized with my schedule, and I know how important consistency is for pets. I’ll also send photo and video updates along with a summary after each visit so you always know how your pet is doing. I’m also comfortable administering medications if needed. One of my dogs lived with diabetes for the last three years of her life, and I administered her insulin regularly. I recently lost my dog and have really been missing having a walking companion. Spending time with animals and getting outside with them brings so much joy to my life, and I’d love to share that energy with your pet. I truly believe animals bring something special into the world, and I treat every pet I care for with the same love and attention I would give my own. I work full time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. I am quite flexible outside of those times and on weekends! I am more than happy to do drop ins and walks around my work schedule! I follow your routines closely, including feeding schedules, playtime, and any special instructions, to make sure your pet feels secure and comfortable. About: I regularly pet sit for friends and family. 1-3 weeks mostly; but can do just a few days as well. Private home with a fenced yard. Dog lead in yard is available. I love to walk! Short or long walks are all fine with me. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I’ve owned 3 in my adult life. I even fostered a dog for 9 months! It was hard to give her up; but she went to a loving home. I’m honest and trustworthy and dogs just make every day better! I work a pretty flexible schedule. I’m retired so I have lots of time. If your dog likes car rides and public parks…awesome! There’s also 2-3 dog parks not far from my house I have a big yard that's about 70 yards deep and I have a secured lead in both front and back yards. For added safety, I attach an air tag to your pets collar. There are sidewalks all around my neighborhood for safe walks on a leash. I'm not a fan of dog parks. I prefer to select my walking path to ensure your pets safety. I live alone.

I work from 8-5pm m-f but free in the afternoons and on the weekends, just need a 1-3 day notice. Thanks to all the pet owners!!! My home is fully fenced in the front porch and back patio. There is plenty of space for 1-4 dogs. There's also good areas to walk them as well.
