About: I regularly pet sit for friends and family. 1-3 weeks mostly; but can do just a few days as well. Private home with a fenced yard. Dog lead in yard is available. I love to walk! Short or long walks are all fine with me. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I’ve owned 3 in my adult life. I even fostered a dog for 9 months! It was hard to give her up; but she went to a loving home. I’m honest and trustworthy and dogs just make every day better! I work a pretty flexible schedule. I’m retired so I have lots of time. If your dog likes car rides and public parks…awesome! There’s also 2-3 dog parks not far from my house I have a big yard that's about 70 yards deep and I have a secured lead in both front and back yards. For added safety, I attach an air tag to your pets collar. There are sidewalks all around my neighborhood for safe walks on a leash. I'm not a fan of dog parks. I prefer to select my walking path to ensure your pets safety. I live alone.

About: I’ve had an obvious and innate love of all types of critters ever since I’ve had both feet on the floor. No matter their personality, furry (or scaley!) friends always brings a smile to my face. My first pets were fish, gerbils, guinea pigs and geckos in my lower/middle/high school years and these days I spend all my free time with my 6 year-old tabby, Sock. I grew up around dogs and I’d be delighted to make the acquaintance of yours. I pride myself on being able to respond quickly to the needs, requests and personalities of both you and your pet! After a busy spring, my availability has widened considerably for the summer allowing me to prioritize one of my favorite interests: caring for animals! While new to the rover platform, I am excited to grow my returning clientele with more scheduling opportunities! My home is the protected territory of my cat, Sock, so I don’t offer playdates in my home. However, I’d be delighted to look after you and your pet’s territory! About: I have dog sitted for close friends and work colleagues during graduate school. I am still new to dog sitting but I take direction very well and I am willing to learn new things and meet new people! I am currently a pharmacy resident and work mainly during the weekdays from 7am-5pm and work every other weekend starting this upcoming July. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
