“Fantastic experience. We left our 2 precious puppies (6 months old) when we went on a cruise. Unfortunately we have very little wi-fi access so couldn't be available for 7 days. After the meet and greet I felt completely comfortable leaving Ginger and Rory in Tasha & Joseph's capable care! They sent pictures daily of the activities and fun they were having. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. Austin was fantastic from the start and really did a great job taking care of our dog. Our beagle stayed with Austin for 1 night and he was super attentive, listened, and made her feel at home. We were looking for a sitter that more matched our home environment to make her comfortable, versus a kennel. Austin came through on that and our beagle was super comfortable! Austin was very responsive in communications and sent updates during her stay, which we appreciated! Would book Austin again as he treated Roxy very well.
