I had such a wonderful experience with Aubrey and Frank! From the very beginning, they were responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. They were also incredibly accommodating with my last-minute travel plans, which I truly appreciate. Most importantly, Chloe seemed so happy and comfortable throughout her stay. This was the first time leaving my 4 month old puppy with someone and I was absolutely anxious and terrified. Monica agreed to pre-meet n greet where she bonded with Reggie instantly. During my trip she was so communicative and never made me feel bad about my constant checking in. She sent photos and videos multiple times and day and gave updates on his potty training. As a puppy, he did have an accident or two in her house, but she was completely understanding about it. Overall her positive attitude and sweet demeanor made my feel better than I thought I would, leaving my baby behind for the first time. 100% would use her again and recommend her to anyone with a puppy or dog needing special care and love.
