“Melissa is a truly wonderful and capable caregiver for our feisty 13-month old puppy and she handles him well, keeping his training going while we are away.Completely responsible, shows up on time, asks great questions, and goes above and beyond by leaving a printed Doggie Report Card, which I loved. About: I have been passionate about animals, big and small, my entire life! I have volunteered at humane societies, fostered animals in need, cared for the pets of family members and friends, interned at AZA-accredited zoos, and worked at wildlife sanctuaries. Currently I am a full-time licensed wildlife rehabilitator caring for injured and orphaned Wisconsin wildlife with the goal of releasing them back into the wild, but I have previously worked with a variety of domestic animals both in my personal and in my professional life. I am well versed in animal behavior, body language, and positive reinforcement. I promise to treat (and spoil) your pets like they are my own! At the moment I have 3 sweet cats, a high-energy dog, a mischievous chinchilla, and a gentleman of a ball python! Please do not hesitate to reach out and get to know me more! I currently work 4 days of the week at my full time job so I am only available select days. I am eager to spend time with your pets, however, so if my schedule shows I am unavailable, please reach out anyway as I try to be as flexible as possible! It is extremely important to me to use Fear Free tactics when interacting with any animal. Gaining the trust of you and your pet are my top priority!

“Rhonda saved the day with a last minute service. She solved problems (getting in to our place) and went above and beyond to care for our two pups. We are very grateful for her flexibility and good care. Will definitely ask for her again!”

“Vicki was great. After meeting her and seeing how our cat interacted with her any concerns we had vanished. Highly recommend Vicki to watch after your fur baby.”

About: My family has owned dogs my whole life (border collie rescue, yellow lab rescue). I am well-versed in all the stages of a dog’s life- puppy to kindred soul. I have some experience in cat care. The family cat was adopted while I was on my way out for college. I am entering a PhD program this fall and would love to have a partner to decompress with on my morning/afternoon/night walks. My apartment does not allow for dogs, so I am looking to get my dog-fix from my community. My schedule is fairly flexible and I am willing to make adjustments as life goes! My apartment does not allow for dogs. However, I have lots of experience in babysitting and dog sitting. Regardless of age of the animal, I am/will be attentive to possible harms that could occur — whether that be on walks or in the home. Safety to your animal and your property will be my main concern. Please let me know of any special instructions regarding your animal🫶

About: I currently work part time as a dog bather, so I have a lot of experience handling dogs and reading their body language. I would love to meet your dog! I have plenty of time to play with your dog! Open almost anytime to board or house sit and can check on your dog depending on my work schedule. I would love to spoil your dog! I love dogs so much and treat yours as if it’s my own. I’m also good with dog body language so I can tell when your needs space, wants attention etc.

About: i’ve walked dogs for two years in high school and grew up in a family with a lot of dogs. Over the summer I babysat my extended families dogs and I babysat up to 6 dogs at a time. I’m home for a limited time before I go back to college but during the week and afternoons on the weekend I’m pretty much free until i leave on January 7th all of my pets were trained by learning and teaching with a reward system as opposed to discipline or any physical action taken against the animal. When I work for you, your rules become my rules when I’m taking care of your pet and entering your home.

Reagan F.
“Just got an English Lab puppy, teething like hell and super energetic. My husband and I were nervous about letting him around new people because of how much attention he requires, but Reagan did great! She’s officially on speed dial since Hubby and I are over him nibbling on our ankles every time we try to take a walk. Reagan is always there to save the day!”
