They walked her a couple of times last week and were our first choice when we needed a last-minute walk—thankfully, they were super accommodating. We’re so excited to have them walking her for the next week too! Their communication is excellent—they’re responsive, thoughtful, and always send thorough updates. Each walk comes with a detailed report card (including how many pees, poops, and breaks!), and we always get three adorable photos that truly brighten our day. We feel so lucky to have found them. About: I'd love to spend time with your pets and give them the same care I give mine! I know being away from your pets, especially long term, can be stressful--I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to make the time spent away from your cat as easy as possible, including sending pictures whenever you want! I've lived with and taken care of cats since the age of two and have been volunteering at animal shelters since the age of twelve; I've spent time playing with and socializing shelter cats and walking shelter dogs. I've also been a house sitter for families with both cats and dogs since the age of 16. I just graduated college and will have ample time to take care of your pets and all their needs. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily accommodate any time-specific care needs. I recognize that all pets need to be cared for in different ways and am dedicated to making sure that I continue to care for your pets in the way you do to ensure your furry family members undergo as little change as possible!

About: I grew up bringing cats home, and have always been concerned with the humane treatment of animals. I am a conscientious animal lover who knows that dogs need to explore and sniff outside to calm themselves and to feed their interests. Most cats like to get repeatedly "combed" with damp hands to remove dust and loose fur. I listen to a dog to find what pace and range they are comfortable with, and let them go with their curiosity. Once a pet knows me, they are often overwhelmed with excitement to go out for their personal adventure; then I know that my work is for good - they are having fun and experiencing nature. The goal is to make your pet's life more fulfilled, calm and happy. Cheryl I work part-time, four hour shifts. When I stay with a pet I adjust my work schedule so that I work few shifts and enjoy my time with the pet. I strive to be away no longer than 5.5 hours at a time. I no longer bring new pets into my home because I had one elder dog staying who was incontinent and it was a problem with wall to wall carpeting...

About: I’ve had Rover since 2016 but I haven’t used it since so I’m back on. I grew up with a dog and so I have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I recently worked as a dog handler and Lead Assist for 2 years where I monitored dogs, cleaned up after them as well as feeding and administering medications. I spend most of my time outside enjoying what nature had to offer. I have a lot of experience with cats and have fostered kittens for the humane society for years. I also used to have a pet rabbit named Edgar and I treated him like a prince!. I treat every animal as if they are my own because each animal is special. Animals are my passion so I am planning on working with them professionally in the future. I don’t work at the moment so I can take good care of your animals. I enjoy hanging out with my family’s animals during my free time. I am familiar with kennels and making sure everything is safe, I take into consideration what you want your pets to eat and what they can’t. I like everything to be clean so they aren’t getting into anything they shouldn’t. I respect if you prefer your dog not to say hello to other dogs on walks just in case the other dog isn’t vaccinated. I also refrain from using communal water bowls. I always clean up after dogs

My pup Arlo, a super social 2-year-old Pyrenees mix, joins me for sits and absolutely loves making new friends so because of this, your pets would have to be dog friendly! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have been professionally dog sitting for over 5 years now, plus working in dog daycares for years where I gained experience with puppies, seniors, special needs pups, and reactive dogs. I also lead group walks and play groups during the summer—which are just as fun for me as they are for the dogs! Leash reactive dogs are always welcome on walks and overnights. I understand the challenges they bring and I’m confident caring for pups who need a little extra patience and one-on-one attention. We avoid dog parks as they are unpredictable but when the weather permits it, I will get the dogs up and out in the fenced in areas!
