About: PLEASE READ ALL: Due to issues with male’s “marking”, I will only sit female dogs. I have two small rescue dogs of my own - both are under 15 pounds and playful with one another. I'll pamper your dog just as I do my own with plenty of cuddles, a calm environment and a fenced yard for potty breaks. I have extensive experience with dogs on med schedules and special dietary needs. When not out to potty - your dog will be with me - indoors. I am Sixty Eight years of age and a responsible homeowner. There are no children living in or visiting my home. Having your pet in my home is a privilege and I will always provide the optimum care for your pet. Please come visit me! Plenty of love and attention will be given to your pet. Walks, playtime & fetch. Unless provided a crate, your dog will sleep with me and my two small dogs, unless owner requests they be crated, or the breed or age of pet makes sleeping on a bed inadvisable. Effective 7/27/21: Any medical needs, special diet or requirements, a written list of that/those condition(s) is required. Effective 9/6/26 I work PT Sun/Mon/Thurs 10-4 as a caregiver for dementia patients - so I am not home. Dogs are left indoors with a “piddle pad” DROP OFF: BEFORE 8:30am PICKUP: 5:30pm -10:00pm. Mon-Fri DROP OFF ANYTIME & PICK UPS BEFORE 3pm - Sat & Sun Pets are alone from 3:30pm to 8:30pm M-F I have a 4,000 sq ft back yard. it is completely fenced and secure. I have owned my home for 20 years. During that time, absolutely no chemicals have been used. I do NOT ever leave dogs outside longer than 10 minutes. I feed the dogs at 7am and 6pm. Dogs will sleep on my bed unless owner provides a crate and prefers to crate their dog at night. I do NOT crate dogs during the day or while not at home. Dogs are allowed on all furniture.

About: I have been walking dogs for the past 7 years ago and I have been pet sitting for about 5 years. I have experience working with with all ages of dogs from puppies to seniors, and various sizes and breeds. I love caring for people's pets while they are away and making sure that the animals are comfortable and happy! I also have experience cat sitting and love cats just as much as dogs!! I have two cats of my own, and grew up having dogs! I also currently work with puppies on the weekends :) I work on the weekends and have off most of the week, so I have a pretty open schedule Monday through Friday! I’d love to spend time hanging with and caring for other peoples animal during the week! I care for pets by introducing myself to them, letting them sniff me, and building trust and a relationship. I am happy to follow any directions given to provide quality care to clients’ pets! I also make sure to do unspoken things, like refill water bowls, etc. Since I’ve had pets all my life, I am very familiar with how to care for them :)

About: I have loved animals my entire life. I grew up with Samoyeds (fluffy white sled dogs) and was so happy when I was able to get one of my own 13 years ago, and since then I have also adopted a Heeler mix. My dogs are members of my family, and I will treat your pets the same way. I love taking dogs out to all the amazing parks and trails in the area. And when I am home or doing a drop-in, I'm happy to play and keep your pets company while you are away, as well as make sure they are fed and have enough water. About: I’m an undergraduate environmental science student at Portland State. I recently worked as a student research technician, handling and tracking frogs and documenting their habitats. My family has had our fair share of dogs and cats over the years, which contributed to my love for animals and the outdoors. I’ve cared for the pets and houses of friends and family since 2023, checking in throughout the day to provide meals and quality playtime. --- I enjoy figuring out how to build a true connection with animals, some more unique than others. My family has two cats with very distinct personalities: Evy, our affectionate 13 year old, and Sophie, our 2 year old feisty tortie. We rescued Sophie as a 3 week old kitten, and she began experiencing seizures at just 9 weeks old. This was a scary and confusing time, involving many emergency vet visits. She is now healthy and happy, on a strict schedule requiring medicine by mouth every 12 hours. Each pet I’ve been lucky to have has taught me something, and I’ve had to learn from her the most. She is a high maintenance kitty who doesn’t like pets. She shows her affection in unconventional ways, and I wouldn’t have it any other way :-) Please message me if you're curious about booking me on a date I have marked as unavailable. Though I've marked weekdays starting in late September as unavailable for the time being due to classes starting, I may still be able to provide services. My goal is to spend quality time with your pet(s) and work with you to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I'm available for walks, overnight stays, and/or check-ins throughout the day depending on their needs. I'm most compatible with pets who can be left alone for 4-8 hours, as I have personal responsibilities and may need to walk a dog or check in with someone else's pets (or my own!). --- My current nightly rates are intended for 12 hour care (ex: 6 PM to 6 AM, 8 PM to 8 AM, etc.) and 2-4 drop in visits throughout the day, depending on your need and my availability. Please feel free to message me if you have questions, concerns, or if your pet requires more intensive or constant care. I'll do my best make it work! I'd love to meet with you first and get to know your furry family to see if I'm a good fit for them. I enjoyed walking my dog 2-3 times per day in the neighborhood or on local nature park trails. When caring for others' pets in the past, I'd typically check in 2-3 times a day to feed, play, and relax with them, watering plants as needed. While most have been considered low maintenance, I've gained much more intensive experience with my special needs cat Sophie. --- I appreciate schedules and/or written instructions so I can better adapt to your pet's needs, especially if they require medications or atypical care.

About: I have always loved animals. I grew up with dogs and cats of all different breeds, personalities, and sizes! Currently I do not live with any animals. However, I have years of experience helping my mother with our German Shepard, Pitbull mix, Golden Retriever, and our little Pug/Chihuahua mix. As a high school student I often did boarding at my home, as well as house sitting for others. Now post college graduation, I am looking to get back into animal care while I work on starting my professional career. I am currently working jobs that allow me to create my own schedule, so I have plenty of free time to spend playing with sweet fur babies! I have experience with both crating and free roaming animals. In my home, I always make sure to leave human food out of reach and have plenty of toys for animals to play with. I also enjoy taking daily walks, and would love to bring your animal along with me!

About: I worked at a vet clinic for about two years, helping with restraint for exams and diagnostics. I took care of the boarding pets and administered medications. Additionally, I did about a year of clinical rotations working with animals. All this, not including my own pet experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, and a ferret. I am starting a new business and I will be working from home. I will have plenty of time to take care of furrr babies I have a large courtyard where our dogs can run around. My dog loves to play with other dogs. I also have room for crates if desired
