About: Iâve been around cats and dogs my entire life. I had my dog for 11 years before he crossed the rainbow bridge last October. For those 11 years he was happy healthy and well played with! I currently donât work so I have open availability, please donât hesitate to message if you have a longer time needed for pet sitting. Canât wait to meet your pets! Unfortunately I live in a small apartment, so I have no problem with small dogs or small cats with me! I live right next to a big park and take frequent trips there.

About: I worked as a Canine Coach, taking care of and managing up to 30 large dogs at a time for day care services at Dogtopia. I have an innate sense and a professional education for dog behavior. I work especially well with large animals. I'm free all day Friday, monday-Thursday mornings (depending on appointments) and 4pm-9pm. The rest of my time is spent in college doing equine therapy volunteer work on weekends. I can't take pets to my house however I will happily take care of them at your place or wherever we discuss taking them :)
About: I have had pets all my life both dogs and cats. I have raised both from birth, so I am well versed in what it takes to make sure your fur baby is taken care of while you are away. I work a 40 hour a week job but will ensure your fur babies are WELL taken care of while I am watching and providing for them. I am more than happy to come to your home and take excellent care of your fur baby. I know it is hard to trust others with your sweet baby, but I ensure you that I will take care of and love them like they are my own.
About: Hey there! My name is Connor and I have a 6 year old rescue named Jack. Heâs my ESA and I love him dearly. Iâve had him for about 8 months and heâs very social and loves other dogs. I really enjoy playing and hanging with dogs and cats and am very patient and understanding of their needs. I have close to a decade of experience taking care of othersâ pets so Iâll make sure your pet has a great time while youâre away. Iâm very responsive to texts should anything come up and am willing to provide the care necessary for any animal. Overall, Iâm looking to make some extra money and figure hanging out with dogs would be a pretty great way to accomplish that. I was recently laid off from my previous job so my schedule is open and flexible. I can accommodate you and your pets, whatever your needs may be. I am great at following directions for what your pet needs or may require. I will maintain your schedule while you are away to minimize any stress your pet may feel in your absence. Whether you have a dog or a cat, I will provide them with plenty of love and nourishment while you are away.
âWe have been so impressed by how well Brian handles our 10 month old boxer! Lazlo has never warmed up to someone so quickly, and Lazlo can be a bit hard to handle sometimes but Brian can even manage to take handsome photos of Lazlo during their walks so we are very happy with the dog walking service!â

âShannon has been our dog walker since January of 2020. She is very professional, and is excellent with our high-energy 70lb Chocolate Lab puppy. Highly recommended.â

About: I've had cats and dogs growing up my whole life. I was the primary caregiver, trainer and best friend. I also took care of many of the neighbors cats and dogs while they were away. And their farm animals as well. Also have experience from the Army training tracking and guard dogs. I am a retired latter carrier and a disabled Army Veteran. I have all the time in the world to devote to caring for your pets when needed. Particularly with dogs during the day. Walking is great for your dog and gets me the exercise that I need. It's a win-win. And it's a plus that I get the hang around with dogs. , i currently do not have dogs or cats of my own. I do live in an apartment but I'm close to many parks and trails. I'm available for a client's home sitting as well and will always abide by the wishes of the client for their pets.
About: I love dogs and their vibrant energy. Protecting and loving your animal are my two top priorities. I have a genuine intrigue and love for dogs. I am a mother and a part time personal banker. On my days off I am looking forward to accommodating you and your dogâs schedule. Growing up with our family dog created incredible core memories. It is life changing to have an animal as a child! Our canine companions are part of the family. As such it is essential to love and accommodate them in that manner! I will adhere to all of your rules with perfection! I will love your animal with excitement and happiness!
âCorey has been a lifesaver for my pug, Poppy, and me! She walks her 4 days a week and brings her son, Luke, with her which I love because Poppy's rarely around kids (plus, I know that between Corey and Luke, Poppy is getting a good dose of exercise during their visits). I am so grateful that they take such good care of my girl (and she captures great photos of her!). Thank you, Corey (and Luke)!â

About: I have had dogs my whole life. When I moved out in 2007, I got my own puppy. She lived to be 14, so I am familiar with senior care. I currently have 3 dogs of my own, and a cat residing in my home that I care for daily. For the past 18+ years, I have had at least 1 dog. I have 4+ years of experience transporting, fostering, on site care, and a number of other volunteer opportunities within the rescue world. In Central Oregon, I volunteered with a few rescues. I was responsible for after hours care of the dogs, as well as cleaning kennels and socializing dogs and puppies throughout the day, sometimes up to 30 dogs at a time of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I understand the 3/3/3 rule when it comes to supporting rescue animals, and how imperative it is to build trust with them. I believe in creating the least stressful environment as possible for each dog, as their needs will vary. Long story short, I would be honored to care for your pets! Dogs are a passion of mine and I strive to build strong bonds and valued relationships with all the animals in my care. I would love to spoil your pups and treat them with the same level of love and care that I give my own animals - like the loving companions and family that they are! PS: Tell your dog I said, "Hi!" I feed twice daily, and they get time in their crates when I am not available to supervise them. Most of the time we are on a rotating bathroom schedule with plenty of time in the yard and play room. I have a very structured routine that works and had been helpful with light training. In your home, I respect the rules and routines you have in place for your pets. Given the schedule I have for work and my personal dogs, your routine may vary slightly in my home. I have space for guest dogs so I can keep on a crate rotation to be able to meet and respect all the dogs' needs.
Sexton Mountain dog parents share their Rover experiences
Your dogs always know, don't they ? They tell you. Just watch them. What a difference a sitter makes! Her presence transformed him . My old boy was ignored and sad , "laying all by his lonesome" in the kitchen while I recovered from surgery. I ask the sitter , "where is he? " She doesn't know . Fast forward to his wagging tail with Allison. He sits patiently for 45 minutes because it's time for her to come walk him! His lethargic depression vanished ,and he trotted to sit outside the bathroom to wait for her. When I struggled from my recovery bed to look for him in his lonely spot in the kitchen, he was no longer there. He was up in bed with Allison. No shame to his game ! My guilt vanished to see all three of them were so lovingly cared by her They know when they are loved and they love in return. Allison is an absolutely wonderful pet sitter. I could not ask for a kinder person. She is so sensitive to each of my dogs temperaments. She is meticulous in recording everything that happens on their walks. She sends me photos throughout the walks. She is dependable and always shows up on time. She has been so flexible in working with me around my surgery and recovery and I have learned to absolutely trust my three fur babies with her. You could not do better than Allison.

Katherine was so wonderful with my girl Hazel. The weather was not great but she took her out in her raincoat, dried her off after their pretty wet walk and even played with her after to get more energy out. I'm so excited to have such a great option for when I can't take Hazel out myself.

Kaley was fantastic with my energetic red lab, Hanna. She was flexible, prompt, and completely reliable, even adjusting plans to play with Hanna when it was too hot for a walk. She dropped by for walks and feedings, and I came home to a happy, healthy dog and a house exactly as Iâd left it. Highly recommend!
