About: I worked at a vet clinic for about two years, helping with restraint for exams and diagnostics. I took care of the boarding pets and administered medications. Additionally, I did about a year of clinical rotations working with animals. All this, not including my own pet experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, and a ferret. I am starting a new business and I will be working from home. I will have plenty of time to take care of furrr babies I have a large courtyard where our dogs can run around. My dog loves to play with other dogs. I also have room for crates if desired

About: I have been around dogs my entire life, beginning with growing up alongside a German Shepherd. My lifelong experience with dogs has given me a strong understanding of their needs, personalities, and the importance of body language. I got to meet my best friend and soul dog, Nabi, in 2018. She was my absolute world. In 2024, a tragic loss happened due to unexpected health emergency while I was traveling, That heartbreaking experience changed how I view pet care forever. I understand the profound anxiety of leaving a beloved dog behind and the critical importance of having a trusted, watchful person present. As a Rover sitter, my ultimate promise is to offer the constant vigilance, gentle comfort, and quick responsiveness I wish I had back then—so your dog is always safe, loved, and never alone. I’m currently in school, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to spend caring for your pets. I’m available every day for walks and will do my best to work around your schedule and your pet’s routine. I know how important it is to feel comfortable and confident when someone is caring for your pet in your home. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would my own, and I’m mindful of keeping things clean, secure, and in the condition you left them. I’m dependable, respectful, and attentive to your instructions and your pet’s routine. I want you to feel completely at ease while you’re away, knowing your pet is being cared for and your home is in good hands.

About: PLEASE READ ALL: Due to issues with male’s “marking”, I will only sit female dogs. I have two small rescue dogs of my own - both are under 15 pounds and playful with one another. I'll pamper your dog just as I do my own with plenty of cuddles, a calm environment and a fenced yard for potty breaks. I have extensive experience with dogs on med schedules and special dietary needs. When not out to potty - your dog will be with me - indoors. I am Sixty Eight years of age and a responsible homeowner. There are no children living in or visiting my home. Having your pet in my home is a privilege and I will always provide the optimum care for your pet. Please come visit me! Plenty of love and attention will be given to your pet. Walks, playtime & fetch. Unless provided a crate, your dog will sleep with me and my two small dogs, unless owner requests they be crated, or the breed or age of pet makes sleeping on a bed inadvisable. Effective 7/27/21: Any medical needs, special diet or requirements, a written list of that/those condition(s) is required. Effective 9/6/26 I work PT Sun/Mon/Thurs 10-4 as a caregiver for dementia patients - so I am not home. Dogs are left indoors with a “piddle pad” DROP OFF: BEFORE 8:30am PICKUP: 5:30pm -10:00pm. Mon-Fri DROP OFF ANYTIME & PICK UPS BEFORE 3pm - Sat & Sun Pets are alone from 3:30pm to 8:30pm M-F I have a 4,000 sq ft back yard. it is completely fenced and secure. I have owned my home for 20 years. During that time, absolutely no chemicals have been used. I do NOT ever leave dogs outside longer than 10 minutes. I feed the dogs at 7am and 6pm. Dogs will sleep on my bed unless owner provides a crate and prefers to crate their dog at night. I do NOT crate dogs during the day or while not at home. Dogs are allowed on all furniture.

About: I’m a huge animal lover and truly enjoy caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I’m very dependable and trustworthy, and I treat every animal with the same love and care I would give my own. I also make sure pets stay on their normal routines and always keep owners updated so they know their pet is happy and safe. I am known for being able to get animals to warm up to me rather quickly so I am a great sitter to have if your fur baby is nervous around new humans. This and Uber Eats are my full time jobs. I will only be gone for 2-4 hours in the evening for Uber Eats some days and will not be gone longer than 4 hours. I am very attentive to pet’s needs and listen closely to the owner’s instructions. No matter how big or small your animal is, dog or cat, I have unlimited patience and care.

About: I’m an undergraduate environmental science student at Portland State. I recently worked as a student research technician, handling and tracking frogs and documenting their habitats. My family has had our fair share of dogs and cats over the years, which contributed to my love for animals and the outdoors. I’ve cared for the pets and houses of friends and family since 2023, checking in throughout the day to provide meals and quality playtime. --- I enjoy figuring out how to build a true connection with animals, some more unique than others. My family has two cats with very distinct personalities: Evy, our affectionate 13 year old, and Sophie, our 2 year old feisty tortie. We rescued Sophie as a 3 week old kitten, and she began experiencing seizures at just 9 weeks old. This was a scary and confusing time, involving many emergency vet visits. She is now healthy and happy, on a strict schedule requiring medicine by mouth every 12 hours. Each pet I’ve been lucky to have has taught me something, and I’ve had to learn from her the most. She is a high maintenance kitty who doesn’t like pets. She shows her affection in unconventional ways, and I wouldn’t have it any other way :-) Please message me if you're curious about booking me on a date I have marked as unavailable. Though I've marked weekdays starting in late September as unavailable for the time being due to classes starting, I may still be able to provide services. My goal is to spend quality time with your pet(s) and work with you to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I'm available for walks, overnight stays, and/or check-ins throughout the day depending on their needs. I'm most compatible with pets who can be left alone for 4-8 hours, as I have personal responsibilities and may need to walk a dog or check in with someone else's pets (or my own!). --- My current nightly rates are intended for 12 hour care (ex: 6 PM to 6 AM, 8 PM to 8 AM, etc.) and 2-4 drop in visits throughout the day, depending on your need and my availability. I'd love to meet with you first and get to know your furry family to see if I'm a good fit for them. I enjoyed walking my dog 2-3 times per day in the neighborhood or on local nature park trails. When caring for others' pets in the past, I'd typically check in 2-3 times a day to feed, play, and relax with them, watering plants as needed. While most have been considered low maintenance, I've gained much more intensive experience with my special needs cat Sophie. --- I appreciate schedules and/or written instructions so I can better adapt to your pet's needs, especially if they require medications or atypical care.

About: Welcome to Pup Paradise! We have a large fenced in backyard and fenced front yard patio area for running and playing! There is also a nice walking trail just around the corner from our house too. Our house is spacious with hardwood floors. There are lots of cozy areas to sleep and cuddle. We keep it clean. I work from home, so I'll be with your pup all day to give them much love and playtime. As for pet experience, I had my previous dog BJ for 14 years and worked at an animal hospital in Chicago for 2+ years. I have also worked as a dog walker for 2 years and I am the resident dog sitter whenever my friends go out of town! I believe we should care for our pets and love them as we do our own family. I am very attentive to my own pup's needs as I will be to yours! Fozzie Bear, a 2 year old Border Terrier mix, is my furry companion. We love to go on long walks and hikes together. He loves to play and gets along with most dogs, so you can rest assured your pup will go home all played out and happy!
