1. Dmitra G.

“Dmitra is the best!!! She walks our goldendoodle Griffin twice a week and is really amazing with him! Because of our schedules I usually have to tell her only a day or two in advance which days we need her help each week and she’s always really flexible and great about it! We also have cats that like to try to sneak out of the house, and she’s great about keeping an eye on them to make sure they stay in while she takes Griffin out for his walks. So glad we found her!!!”

6. Kay M.
“Kay has been wonderful with our 3 rambunctious dogs. We have 2-90lb dogs and 1-50lb dog she has been taking care of. She always sends me updates and pictures and GPS of the walks she takes. I love that our most shy dog took to her immediately and she was very good with taking special care with him. Would definitely recommend Kay if you are looking for someone who will take care of your pets just like you would. 10/10”

15. Emily G.
About: All my life, I have had pets (dogs, cats, and gerbils). My pet sitting journey began in high school and continued on through college. Even during the time that I was a full-time college student and part-time grocery store worker, I continued to graciously take on pet care duties for the 3 same families, such as daily dog walking, overnight stays, and daily check-ins. The pets I have the most experiencing caring for over several years are cats and dogs. The services I am comfortable to provide and well versed in are daily dog walking, daily check-ins, and overnight stays. I do have experience with providing oral medication and eye drops. I am happy to learn and become efficient in any other medication administration. I now am a young adult seeking more fulfilling work that aligns with my values of helping others and the community. Taking care of animals has always been a passion of mine. I am extremely excited to begin working with animals again to bring more joy into my life while also helping support my fellow pet parents around Pittsburgh! I currently work part-time Monday-Friday. For Monday-Friday, my best availability for walks and check-ins are in the morning between 7am-12:30pm and in the evenings 6:30-8:30pm. Fridays, Saturday, and Sunday I have full availability for both walks and check ins. These days/hours can be taken into account with overnight stays as well. I will have yours and your pets best interest at heart when caring for them. I ensure that I will get to know your pet and treat them with the respect they deserve. I understand that all pets have differing comfort levels around new humans. So, I will pace myself with our meeting and go at the pace that your pet is comfortable with. My visits with your pet will be special. I like to take my time to get to know your pet(s) and bond with them to make them feel safe and comfortable around me. Whether your pet is outgoing or shy/timid, I will treat them as they desire. I happily send text and photo updates to put your mind at ease while your pet is in my care. Just as I will love and care for your pet, I will treat your home the same. Any and all instructions will be followed to maintain the safety and security of your home when providing walks, daily check-ins an/or overnight stays!

About: I am a college student looking for experience and to help out in any way I can. As a petsitter, I enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors and playtime with animals. I also enjoy watching them grow and learn during life in general. I've been pet sitting since I was 13 years old, raised around five family cats, but I have five years of professional experience with working with different families locally. With being CPR certified and vaccinated against Covid-19, animal safety is important to me, especially during these times. With that being said, I’m really looking forward to meeting you and helping to create memorable experiences for everyone! I am currently working part-time as a nurse's aid, so I have lots of free time to help out in anyway I can. I like to think of pet sitting as a form of therapy and processing for me. It is a job that I can enjoy and keep busy at the same time. Depending on the job, I can say that I have mostly my weekdays (especially mornings/afternoons) available for the most part but I have a very flexible schedule, so I can work around your their needs. When a client books me, I usually do my research about the neighborhood to see if there's any parks or fields available. Walking and spending time outdoors is my favorite thing to do, so I make sure there's always somewhere to play and get your steps in.

17. Whitney M.

“Whitney was very professional and was able to get my very shy dog out of the house with each walk. I would definitely recommend booking with Whitney!”

18. Emily B.
“Emily is my wife and we have had our two bulldogs for the last 7 years. She grew up with dogs as well. She is good at calming them down when they are excited and treating them with love. Bulldogs can be a lot at times and Emily shows a lot of patience and care. She is a very good dog mom.”

19. Hannah S.

“Very happy with the attention paid to my babies!! Thank you Hannah!”

20. Justin B.
“Justin provided excellent care to our family dog when we traveled out of town for a weekend. It was comforting to know we could trust him to provide care for her in our home and keep to her normal daily routine. We returned home to happy dog who was not stressed by us being away.”
