Sarah was wonderful! She was incredibly responsive through the Rover app and was so flexible throughout the whole process. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful she was during the visit. My dogs don’t like going out in the rain, so instead of cutting the visit short, she stayed inside and played with them to make sure they still got plenty of attention and enrichment. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such caring hands.
Krista was great. Zoe immediately loved her and Coby didn’t mind the wake up call from the couch to meet his new friend. Dogs were walked, fed, and given treats as requested. Proper leash, walking perimeter followed, house locked, and key promptly returned. We even received a picture of the walk. Neither dog expressed any separation anxiety while their humans were on a day trip. I was super happy and will call on Krista in the future. Dogs give her 5 woofs!
