Hershey was treated like part of her family with lots of love, attention and exercise. Nelia sent frequent updates with great photos of him with her children, outside in the backyard, and on neighborhood walks. It was my longest time away from him. It was hard for me, but Nelia made it so much easier knowing how well he was being cared for. Nelia followed my instructions exactly and was very flexible with last minute changes with my work schedule and needing to drop him off a day earlier. Flexible with drop off time also. She invited me to stop over for a meet and greet before the first drop off after our first phone call. You learn a lot from meet and greets and I highly recommend them for everyone! Meet Nelia and her family and you will agree that she is a great choice!”
