“Michelle liked our dog and took good care of him. She also sent photos to us which was very nice. We plan to ask her to watch our Atlas in the future! Thank you!”

“Lucia was able to accommodate my last minute boarding request for my puppy. She's communicative, flexible, and provided a very welcoming home. I received multiple photos a day and even came back to a groomed dog. I would recommend Lucia!”

“With this being my first time using Rover, Sharon was the best choice I could have made for Libra. With Sharon’s communication, I felt so at ease and comfortable while she was there. We will be back!😊”

“Maple loved her stay! She and Luna became best friends, and I know they tired each other out! Lucas did a great job sending pics every day and letting me know how things were going. Would definitely book again!”

“Contacted 10+ sitters and Erin was the only person willing to give my Mr. Dook a chance. Albeit he is a handful- senior rescue 100lbs reactive Rottweiler, she took the time, and with kindness and open-mindedness, bonded with Mr. Dook which culminated in a SUPER successful 5 day boarding. Thank you so much Erin!”

“Kristina was amazing with Lincoln! He was very nervous and shy at first but she did amazing with him. She sent updates and pictures over the weekend so we could stay updated with how he was doing.”

“Melissa did a wonderful job caring for our dog Sadie! She made us feel very comfortable that she was in good hands! Every day she sent us multiple updates & pictures of her. She treated her like one of her own! Highly recommend Melissa!”

“Top tier sitter. Exceeds expectations! Very watchful and kept me updated when my dog was having a potential colitis flare up. Willing to go pick up medication if needed. I always love the attention he gets from their children.”
“I needed a sitter very, very last minute for a very, very nervous dog and I was SO sure there was no way it wouldn’t be a disaster. Instead, we were treated with the absolute best experience! Janet didn’t shy away from a challenge and was willing to put in so much work and be so patient with our dog and we are so grateful. She provided updates and pictures and was so willing to accommodate our schedule with pickup. I don’t have enough nice words to say about how smoothly everything went and how pleased we were with the situation! Our dog came home happy and calm and cared for and we could tell she’d been loved the whole time we were gone!”

“Victoria was a phenomenal sitter for our pup Luna. Victoria was super responsive before and during Luna’s stay with her, and Luna enjoyed having lots of room and other doggy friends to play with during her staycation. The best part was receiving frequent photos and updates from Victoria, which always brightened our day. I highly recommend Victoria for any of your pet sitting needs!”

“Jessica was awesome! I don’t worry one bit when I leave my dog in her care. She is the only person I trust to watch my dog when I am away. I highly recommend her!!”

“I have a really hard time leaving my dog with anyone but Denyal made me feel comfortable. She sent a lot of pictures and responded quickly when I checked in with her. My dog got lots of exercise and attention, and since other dogs were staying with her as well, they all played together. I would highly recommend Denyal.”

“Our schedule was erratic and included my mistake in scheduling. Sima and her family were gracious hosts and worked with our schedule. I received updates on how our doggo was doing everyday. It has been a pleasure working with them, I would definitely consider them next time we are in town.”

“Amanda and Jack were absolutely amazing! My girl, Onyx, had an issue with her elbow, and they handled the situation with incredible care, compassion, and professionalism. They kept me updated with photos throughout her stay, which gave me tremendous peace of mind, and they even took her on a nature hike so she could enjoy some time outdoors. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after. I highly recommend Amanda's services and wouldn't hesitate to trust them with Onyx again!”

“Coralee and her family are absolutely wonderful! They are very warm and kind, and I could tell they really care about their guest pups. We felt extremely at ease having our dog Beau stay with them, and it only helped that they were very communicative and kept us updated with texts and pics the entire time we were away. We will DEFINITELY have Beau stay with them again next time :)”

“Tia was awesome! She sent lots of photos and videos throughout the stay- she was super easy to communicate with and kept me updated the whole time. My dog had such a great time that she didn’t even want to leave when I picked her up. I’d definitely book with Tia again and highly recommend her!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - West Mifflin
Had a wonderful experience! My dog was well cared for from the moment he arrived. I received daily updates with photos, which gave me great peace of mind while away. He got plenty of walks, playtime, and attention, and she made sure he was eating and adjusting comfortably to his new surroundings. I came home to a happy, relaxed pup and would absolutely book with Sandra again. Highly recommend!

As much as I would like to keep Janet a secret, I can't. Your pet also deserves to be pampered by Janet and you deserve a peace of mind I had the entire 5 days I was out of town. Even a neurotic dog mom like me felt reassured, when I saw the immediate rapport Janet established with Boris. You can tell right away that Janet genuinely loves animals and is a caring and empathetic person. Her home is serene and surrounded by greenery. It's leaving your fur baby at a nature camp. Boris can't wait until Janet has an opening in her schedule.

Justin did a great job watching my dog. She's older and gets some seperation anxiety but Justin managed it all perfectly. She enjoyed walks and couch naps and Justin periodically sent picture updates. He was flexible with drop off and pick up. I'd definitely work with him again in the future and recommend him to others.

Ashley was phenomenal! Milo hasn’t been boarded for nearly 2 years so this was somewhat of a new experience for him. He was quite reserved and shy but Ashley welcomed him and gave him constant attention to ensure that he felt comfortable and safe. She gave Milo lots of love and he soon warmed up to the experience. Thank you again Ashley for everything!!

Michelle and her other half watched Ducky for us and gave her a vacation during our time apart. She was loved on a lot. If you are trying to decide to book Michelle or not I am not an internet or reviewer type and I'm leaving this review to say this person truly does a wonderful job taking care of your pet while you are away.

Augusta watches our dog all the time!!!! She and her family is so welcoming and caring. They are apart of our family now. I wouldn’t trust any one else with our dog. Sometimes we need her last minute and she always helps us out. Very reliable and loving. Highly recommend!!! No other sitter is like her. Seriously I would book with her. You would no be disappointed. Thank you so very much!!!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
