Loving Dog and Cat Care Provider
I have worked as a dog walker for the past 17 years. I have a passion for pet care and work at it as a full-time job, not as a side gig to make some extra money. I have experience working with all types and sizes of dogs, from chihuahuas to Great Danes, and everything in between. I have also worked with disabled dogs - my previous clients include a blind dog, and one who couldn't use his front legs and had to be carried outside. I can also administer medications as needed. I always take dogs out individually, not as part of a large group, so that they get lots of attention from me, and walk on the route that your prefer. I am comfortable working in any type of weather - as long as your dog wants to go out, I'll be there! In addition to walking, I also offer dog boarding at our house. We have a three-story house with a large, fenced yard for your dog to play in. We will treat them as a temporary member of the family while they stay with us. I also love cats, and offer cat-sitting. When I have walked dogs in households that also have cats, I would often spend several minutes visiting with the cat before the dog walk. I have two cats of my own, and am comfortable doing any type of care for cats, including scooping the litter box.

Great rates for great service! We felt very comfortable leaving our two dogs with Gary while we were away and definitely plan on using him again. One of our pups requires somebody who is experienced with dogs because she is big, and tends to be a little nervous around new people but she was totally comfortable with Gary right from the start. His home and yard is super spacious and perfect for the dogs to have personal space inside or to run around like crazy outside.
Gary was great! He visited before our trip to meet the cats and he immediately established a warm rapport with our cats. It’s true that animals sense humans who care. They liked him from the start. He was reliable and sent photos of our fur babies daily which always made me smile and feel comforted that they were being well attended to. I highly recommend Gary as a top pet sitter

Schedule
I work in pet care full time, and am available all day during weekdays for drop-in visits. I offer in-home boarding seven days a week.

Safety, trust & environment
I have my own house with a large, fully fenced yard. There is plenty of room out back for your dog to play and exercise while supervised by me. Your dog will the spend the rest of the time indoors with us. If coming to walk your dog, I will make sure that any water dishes are full when I leave, and can do any other service you require, such as feeding him or putting him back into a crate.
