Erin not only took this booking the day before I needed her due to a last minute cancel by another rover user, she also extended the time we needed her for due to medical emergencies. She went over and beyond for our dogs, especially considering she had to keep them separate the entire time and one of the dogs is not potty trained yet. She even washed the rags we provided her to be able to clean the puppies cage when she went to the bathroom! I think it goes without saying that Erin is an extremely reliable dog sitter, our dogs were very happy when we got home and appear to be kept for very well. She sent us a lot of photos and videos which our son looked forward to seeing everyday, and she kept us up to date on how the dogs were doing! About: I am a proud dog mom myself. And I treat every dog with the exact same love, patience, and care that I give my own. I currently work from 7am - 3pm on weekdays. I am fully available on weekends and overnights. After 3pm on weekdays I am fully available for drop ins and walks. I have a fenced in yard, and a Golden Retriever who is very friendly and well trained. I make sure there is always a water in my dogs bowl and I am on schedule with her feeding times.

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.
“Im trying to find a sitter for my vacation and have been looking everywhere in west mifflin area, south. I also have been taking my dogs to homes to watch them while away, I am newly divorced and my dogs have always gone everywhere with us, but this year as I have them on my own would be too much for one person. I found Alyssa and had no reviews but was in West Mifflin area and does house sitting. This would be a score, but with no reviews very hesitant. Both my dogs have had TPLO surgery and my oldest has a slight neck issue. Our first encounter was a video call. We talked quite some time and I automatically felt at ease. Alyssa is personable, and seems very genuine. We set up a drop in as I left to meet a friend. When Alyssa came to my home, my dogs loved her. Parker even did his under leg walk on her. I felt at ease with my dogs being watch, but also felt my home was in good hands as well. We are working with Alyssa for more visits in the next month until I leave for vacation to become acclimated. My dogs are my kids and think they are human. They have been thru alot with me and I am very particular of who watches my dogs so this is a huge win for us.”

In my spare time, I like to do nature hikes/run, visit parks so there's a lot of walking, with my given expertise l will provide light housekeeping like vacuuming and cleaning up the area if required, give out medication or treats, do al lot of walks and play with dogs and more physical to gain a good connection, do some potty training if needed and enrichment and basic training for your pet. One thing you should know about me is I'm a very positive person who believes in my heart and understands how time is important so with that l will abide on how you want your pet to be treated and follow instructions to the things you personally require. My skills include being a team player, great communicator, and flexibility. I currently do not work, as l am a student and busy mostly with my studies. I do sometimes pick up some side jobs if available but in most cases I'm fully available and flexible. I am currently focused on pet sitting at the hosts house, l do have 2 dogs already also it may not be good to introduce my dogs or the hosts dog to mine at this stage.

Jessica is a friend you didn't know you had! She made everything smooth and easy. She cated for my cats as if they were her own. Not even the winter storm of the decade kept her away. And she even cleared a path to my house so when I got home after my trip, I wasnt snowed out. She took great pictures and amazing updates. always quick to respond, a very caring person. Hands down best sitter I've had. I couldn't thank her enough. Took away all the stress I would of had during my trip.
Kelly is awesome and very attentive to our critters. She communicated well when our one kitty had some issues with her pajamas (over grooming) and needed changing from soiling due to litter use and put her in her cone. She noticed our fish tank and the frogs had passed (from change of environment and water before we left, not her fault). She spent good social time with the kitties and was very nice to work with.
