“I can’t begin to say how pleased we were with Janet. Tyson is old with anxiety, takes daily medication and is a picky eater. Tyson took to Janet almost immediately and she had little to no issues with giving him his meds and getting him to eat. You can tell how much she genuinely cared for Tyson and making him comfortable. Her house is dog friendly and has a gated porch. She has a beautiful big yard for walks and potty breaks. Janet sent daily texts and pictures to us reassuring that he was happy and safe. About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. I promise that your dogs will be treated very well and that they will truly enjoy their “vacation” at my home. It’s difficult to leave your “loved ones” in the care of others and I know that feeling. Rest assured that they will be cared for and spoiled to the best of my ability! I am a behavioral therapist who works with children and families. I have a hybrid job which means that I work from home doing Telehealth services and I also see clients in person at times. I am home for most of the day and this worked perfectly when I cared for my late dog, Arwen. I do not have any pets currently. I have an elevated deck that is only accessible from the house. It is surrounded and my dog loved to spend time out there basking in the sun. I have a yard but it is not fenced in. My neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly.

About: I can be with your dog almost 24/7 because I work from home. We have a fenced in yard. I have trained 2 adult dogs to do multiple tricks, not take food, not run, and be good with children. Along with 10 plus years of things I have forgotten. I have experience with puppies and would prefer not to watch them. (negotiable) I have twins, and I think two human babies are easier than one puppy. I work from home, have a flexible schedule, a fenced in yard, and live in a suburban neighborhood where I can safely walk your dog/s. We have been dog owners for 15 years until our last baby passed in January at the age of 14. We have 10-year-old twins who love dogs and would love to play with yours, so your dog must be friendly with children. They are responsible enough to not bother your dog if it doesn't want to be bothered with though. I will have your pet with me on a pet bed, couch, or floor near me all day while I work from home. I can let them roam around the fenced in back yard as long as they would like. I am able to take them for walks at lunch and any time after 4:30 pm. We have 10 year old twins who love animals and would enjoy giving your fur baby extra attention. They are also responsible enough to not bother your dog if it doesn't want to be bothered with though.

About: I’m back!! I pet sat when I lived in Orlando and then took a break. I am now in Pittsburgh and ready to welcome some new friends. I work from home full-time, in a single-family home with a fenced in yard. Her report after each visit was thorough and usually included an extra anecdote about their time together and great pictures! Lindsey very concerned and asked for our advice when our dog wasn't eating much food when we initially left. We appreciated her initiative. When there was a big rain storm and they couldn't walk outside, Lindsey spent the time playing with our dog inside and gave him the attention and exercise that he needed. About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

I love all pets so any pet will do I make sure they are fed and well taken care of if they need to go on a walk I will take them as well
“Our schedule was erratic and included my mistake in scheduling. Sima and her family were gracious hosts and worked with our schedule. I received updates on how our doggo was doing everyday. It has been a pleasure working with them, I would definitely consider them next time we are in town.”

She is very good about updates and sending photos which really helps when you have to be away from your pet.
