“When we first met Kristi, her warmth and enthusiasm seemed like a perfect fit to care for our beloved Benny! (He has some serious separation anxiety) The first afternoon, she sent a video of her engaging with him to look for mommy...he really responded to her encouragement. The next days she sent texts and photos which made us feel comforted in knowing she was taking good care of Benny. Benny seemed great at pickup and was happily tired when we got home. “Byron is the best sitter my dogs have had. Hands down! Starting with the booking process, he was timely and detailed with his responses. We set up a meet and greet the day before I dropped the dogs off and he talked me through a typical day in a stay with him. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times. Byron took the dogs for several walks each day, which wasn't even necessary for my dogs since he has a backyard for them to get exercise. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the dogs had a variety of activities to do throughout the day and kept me updated with walk routes, pictures and videos, and general messages about how the dogs were doing. I can't recommend Byron enough!”

“Matthew was our first experience with Rover, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We did a meet and greet with Rosie prior to her stay, and he made sure she was comfortable at his home and let her sniff around. Throughout her stay, we received updates with lots of pictures that gave us piece of mind while we were away.
