About: I have had dogs my whole life. Recently I have brought my own dog into my life and have had her for 4 years now. I walk her daily, she is potty trained, I have trained her to sit, lay down, stay, spin, paw, recall, and walk on leash. My golden retriever is my best friend and I hope I can help take care of yours! :) I work two part time jobs so I have free time in between to take care of your animals during the busy week days. :) My animals live in an apartment, so they are potty trained and have certain rules to follow as well. Living in an apartment means having to put their needs as priority to ensure they live a comfortable life.

About: Greetings! My name's Ethan and I have a diverse background in animal care. I may be new to the pet sitting scene, but I have worked with a diverse array of species. I have experience with canine, feline, avian, reptilian, arachnid, insect, marsupial, lagomorph, and primate species. This experience includes proper feeding, husbandry, enrichment, training, and medical treatment. If your animal needs some extra care, I will gladly tend to every need, it is my passion and an honor to do so. In regard to medical experience, I know how to mix medication in with food, apply eye drops/ointment, and give subcutaneous fluids via IV (specifically with a geriatric feline). If there is anything your animal needs that I do not know, I am more than happy to take instruction in order to meet said needs. I look forward to meeting and caring for your dear companion! At this time I am on leave from my higher education to tend to my health, so I have plenty of time to spare in order to care for your dear companion. Taking care of your companion fits well within my daytime hours, and if you have need for my care toward the evening I can make such arrangements. Whilst caring for your companion, I will be attentive to their needs. Their behavior will be noted and their needs met properly, no detail will be missed. Anything odd or out of place to their behavior will be noted, their care will be my priority.

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, from pets to working as a kennel manager, I have many years of hands on experience. I just recently graduated from an animal care and training program and I specialize in training, welfare, and animal behavior. I’m currently working a part time job and am looking for more animal based jobs that I enjoy and can do to fill my time. I have some free time on my hands and would love to direct that towards animal care. I thoroughly follow all directions given by owners and am very meticulous and detail oriented. I have experience caring for geriatric animals, as well as animals who need medications multiple times a day and specific needs.

About: I am the proud dog-mom of a 4 year old puggle named Winston, who LOVES other dogs!! I have raised Winston since he was a puppy in the city, so we are used to long walks to nearby parks. I have grown up with dogs in my life since I was 3 years old, and have 4+ years experience in overnight dog-sitting with others dogs. I currently live in East Cambridge, and work about 5 blocks away from my apartment, which makes for an easy stop home to take Winston out on walks during the day. There are some great nearby parks, and a fenced in dog park a 10 minute drive away. During the day, if I am unable to go home during lunch for Winston, I typically will crate him, and have the ability to hold other pets crates too.

About: I take pride in my abilities to shift back and forth from warm kindness to stern alpha voice if necessary to create a loving but safe environment. It's a realistic concern that doggies get themselves into trouble and they need someone who can quickly navigate what will keep them safe. I've done so with my beloved papillon Jenson for the last 13 years and have trained several other pups to do tricks like "speak, heel, sit, close the door" and many more with clicker-treat-reinforcement training. I also volunteer at West Valley Animal Shelter to walk, pick up after, and play with the little dogs. My dog has an auto-immune condition requiring various kinds of medical care so I am also comfortable with giving medication. I am also excellent at record keeping and communications. Happy to work with my clients above and beyond so they feel secure with their fur baby in my care. I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule and looking to build consistent client list to check in with for a while as I get my Psych degree. Other activities I take part in : Reading, yoga, meditation, playing the guitar, hiking, walking. Pet sitting is an apt and lucrative addition to my schedule. :) I bring with me treats, pet safe cleaning supplies, and a vigilant attitude. I have my own fur babies and understand how crucial it is to prepare as much as I can to keep them safe from their curiosities as well as provide them warmth and care in lieu of their parents being present. Should an extra mess occur, or something unpredictable, I am of calm attitude and take care of all still with a sense of urgency. I love taking reports and keeping in communication as well. :)
