“My dog Luna enjoyed her stay with Debra and her pack. I have a husky malamute and was very confident to leave her in Debra’s hands because she knows the breed so well, she even taught me a few things that I didn’t know. Her house is perfect for dogs to enjoy, with a huge fenced in yard, and access to outside with a doggy door. Luna formed part of the family, as she was able to be around the house, spend time with the family on the couch or doggy bed next to the couch, and again just be herself and part of the pack with the other lovely dogs. I knew from the minute we went to the meet and greet that this was right for her. I was actually afraid she didn’t want to come home after her stay! Debra was great in communicating and sent us great pictures and videos of Luna having fun. I’m so glad that I found Debra because I’ve found Luna’s second home away from home, rather than leaving her at the boarding place I used before which keeps the dogs in kennels most of the time. About: I’m the go-to pet sitter for many of my friends and family, I’ve cared for energetic puppies and older dogs that just need love and dignity, cats and everything in between! I believe warmth and understanding can lead to a loving connection with any pet! I am a part time tutor so I have plenty of availability and flexibility in scheduling. When I am not, at home, my office is a 7 minute drive away. Well behaved dogs can come to my office me. I have a small home that is primarily one floor. It has a yard (not fenced). I do not have children or other pets. I live a quiet and calm life and I am able to attend to animals with full attention.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs prior to having kids, in my early 20’s. Summer residents and Nantucket residents where we resided before relied on me to walk and dog sit their pets. I’m currently home full time with my two boys. My oldest will be going into kindergarten in the fall and my youngest will be going to daycare part time and be home home with me the majority so I’m available/flexible. I am responsible and very protective of my kids along with clients pets. I do not have a fenced in yard but I would love to take your pet for nice long walks during the days on leash.

I have a very friendly golden retriever who will be home during your dog’s stay and will be around all day to play with your dog and can take them out at regular intervals. I’m up usually around 7am and can take the dog out first thing, then usually take the dogs out around 11pm for a last potty break. Madaket welcomed our dog (cavapoo) in and everything went extremely smoothly. She kept him as her own and we had a happy dog waiting for us after at the end of a week's vacation. Sally was fantastic!! We are incredibly pleased by her service. She communicated well and sent lots of pictures. Sally was flexible to adjusting the pickup to be one hour earlier which was very kind. She is personable, friendly, communicative, and compassionate. Even though it was a rainy weekend she still made sure our puppy had outdoor time and even took her for a beach walk. We were very excited to find Taylor. We did a meet and greet which went awesome. At the last minute, we had day and time changes for our reservation due to being on vacation and having to work around various other people schedules. Taylor was very accommodating and sent pictures and updates on our princess. She was also very convenient to our vacation stay. We hope to use her again the next time we are at the Cape!
