About: I’ve had a family dog my whole life, and my fiancé and I hope to have our own someday. Since we’re not able to right now, I get my dog fix through Rover! I’ve been active on Rover for over a year, doing walks, drop-ins, and house sitting pretty consistently. I love getting to care for all different kinds of dogs and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I work full-time Monday–Friday from 8:30–4:30, with a lunch break where I can run home if needed. I’m always available on weekends and usually spend that time going on long walks, so I’m happy to include pets in my weekend plans! I treat every pet like my own! I follow their routine, give them plenty of attention and exercise, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care.

Norma is an anxious girl and Sara was able to quickly attune to her and help her feel right at ease (Norma usually barks when she meets new people; she didn’t bark at all upon meeting Sara and warmed to her very quickly!). Sara was responsive and communicative throughout Norma’s stay, sending along status updates and sweet photos and videos of Norma looking relaxed and happy. About: I’ve taken care of dogs prior to having kids, in my early 20’s. Summer residents and Nantucket residents where we resided before relied on me to walk and dog sit their pets. I’m currently home full time with my two boys. My oldest will be going into kindergarten in the fall and my youngest will be going to daycare part time and be home home with me the majority so I’m available/flexible. I am responsible and very protective of my kids along with clients pets. I do not have a fenced in yard but I would love to take your pet for nice long walks during the days on leash.

Madaket took care of our Bernese for the weekend. She seemed to have a great time. I liked that Madaket has a large outdoor space. Our dog looked happy in all the pictures. When we picked our girl up she kept nuzzling Madaket, good sign she was well taken care of.
