About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.

We were on vacation so we kept our herding to a minimum. Accommodations were excellent...comfortable places to lie down, plenty of things to chew on and an occasional walk on the beach that included a stick for each of us. About: I grew up in a house of Golden Retrivers and I love meeting new dogs! I have been a dog walker in Boston for the past 4.5 years and well before that taking care dogs and walking since HS back in Holliston Ma. I have just permanently relocated full time to North Chatham and would love to start walking dogs again! I will feed on schedule and go on walks accordingly. I will follow all protocols given by owners, and I will clean up messes from the animals if that ever happens. Your pet will be in good hands, and if anything seems wrong with the animal while you are gone, I will call the owner or, in case of an emergency, bring she/him to the vet. I am currently working part-time, so I have lots of time to play with your animals! I am available on weekends and weekdays. I am always willing to fit you in around my open schedule! I provide attentive care tailored to your pet's needs. This includes regular feeding, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. I maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring your pet's comfort and well-being at all times.

About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.

“Harriet’s place...Ryder Beach Farm is a great location for our Cape Cod vacation. Being border collies, we loved being around all the other animals...donkeys, chickens, geese, goats, cats and dogs. We were on vacation so we kept our herding to a minimum. Accommodations were excellent...comfortable places to lie down, plenty of things to chew on and an occasional walk on the beach that included a stick for each of us. I have a 12 year-old Pyrenees/Border-Collie mix, who loves to get out and move around, so I'm no stranger to the 4-5 walks/day schedule ;) Maintaining your trust, and your furry family member's safety will always be top priority. I will always defer to owners and their guidance, since parents know best! Home care will focus on meals, finding comfortable spots in lieu of a potentially awkward new setting, and lots of love and support.
