About: A lifelong lover of animals of all kinds, I recently moved to the Cape with my 14 year old cat, Anya. I’ve had cats on and off my whole life, and for eleven wonderful years shared my life with a rabbit named Fiona. I have experience caring for special needs (Anya has IBD and Fiona was blind in her later years) and administering medications. I have enjoyed pet sitting for friends and neighbors, and am also a volunteer at a wildlife rescue where I help care for raptors, turtles, snakes, and an absolute queen of a porcupine. While I love dogs, I have less experience with them, so would be better fitted to smaller and/or calmer canines while I get some more experience under my belt. As an overprotective cat mom, I can assure you that I will care for your fur children as if they were my own, will follow your instructions to the letter, and will stay in communication with you so that you can enjoy your time away without worrying about your little ones. I’ve recently moved to the Cape and currently have lots of availability. I can currently not offer overnights, as I have my own fur child to care for, but would love to come for extended visits or walks! I will follow your instructions meticulously. I am used to caring for injured birds, so am extremely conscientious about making sure animals stay safe in their homes and on the leash.

About: Senior pets have a special place in my heart. I’ve had pets my whole life, growing up with two dogs, (A golden, named princess and a Vizsla, named Ruby Rose) and a handful of kitties whom I’ve loved till their 9th life. I am comfortable with administering medications, following specific diets, and attending to your pet’s unique quirks and specificities! I have dog-sat for friends and neighbors over the years, and I also pet sit on Trusted House Sitters I’m off work this summer, so pet care fits easily into my day! Mornings, afternoons, evenings, whatever works best for your pet’s routine. I focus on keeping your pet’s routine as normal as possible: same feeding schedule, same walk times. About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life. My family has always had multiple dogs in our home and a house isn’t a home without a dog. For years I have cared for friends and family dogs while they were either at work or vacation. Now that I am retired I have a lot more time to give helping others who need support to care for their dog. I am available all hours of the day and night. I can pick up dogs or they can be brought to my home. I am semi retired and this allows me lots of flexibility in my schedule. I have a fenced in yard that backs up to conservation land that I use to exercise my own dogs. If allowed by owner, walks on the beach at low tide is a favorite activity for our dogs. During the summers I walk the many trails this area has to offer, many with ponds the dogs love to swim in.

About: I am a very compassionate, enthusiastic person that absolutely loves dogs! I don’t have a dog of my own anymore and only take one dog with no other dogs - unless the dogs in your family are more than one - the more the merrier in that case I’m in! I know many dogs do not get along with other dogs which is normal for many dogs, no worries I get it! This is a huge peace of mind for many dogs and their owners- and my specialty catering to one dog - hence my pricing. Believe me it’s worth every penny! A bit about me- my family and friends have always say “I’m a dog whisperer”! I have always had dogs in my life, but I lost my best friend (yellow lab). She was my soulmate! I love going on adventures with trail hikes, beaches and exploring with your pups. I know dogs, and I know their needs. People tell me it’s like doggie vacation camp when their dogs come stay with me!

About: I have been a dog owner of all different breeds since childhood. I'm also a dog walker for the local community and enjoy every minute of it. About: Hi! My name is Emma and I am an actor and gardener based full time on Cape Cod. I fell in love with animals at a young age, when I got my childhood dog Biscuit in kindergarten. While in college, I walked dogs around Boston and Los Angeles, as well as watched them at my apartment on weekends. In high school, I was an active volunteer with the MSPCA, and I previously worked at a doggy daycare as a playroom attendant I love animals and I love nothing more than being around them. I promise to treat your fur babies like my own. Cuddles, picture updates. lots of treats (if they can be spoiled), walks and tummy rubs are all included in my booking! I’m so grateful for Rover, and i will see your pets soon! In addition to pet care, I am a gardener and local community theater actor. I work 5 days a week, typically ranging from 7:30-7:30 depending on the day, but there is often flexibility. I am very communicative, and will be in constant communication with you during our booking. Please expect photos, videos and silly commentary to let you know your pet is well loved.
