“Karen made drop-in visits to care for my cat while I was on vacation. She came twice a day, early in the morning and again at dinnertime. She provided food, fresh water, changed the litter, and kept the areas clean. She also took away the used cans to recycle & took away the litter. The texts and photos were reassuring. I definitely recommend Karen. She was thorough and reliable.”

About: I have had dogs and cats since 5 years old. My present dog is 14 years old and acts like a housebroken puppy. My last cat lived to 19 years. Retired so available a lot. Need to be busy to stay young and healthy. Taking care of pets and great-grandchildren will get me to my goal of being 100!!! My dog has a fenced yard. He is leashed when we walk and I even have a seat belt for him in the car, always in the back seat.

“If you’re reading this you care enough about your pet to want more than a neighbor or friend with keys stopping by while you’re away. It’s not necessarily about them doing the basics, its about whether they can or will do more and that isn’t known until you come home and open the door. But you do know. Reviews are important but you still have to take a leap of faith the first time and I hope this one helps you do that. I have an older male cat who is very attached to me and I have never returned home to normal until Jena took care of him for a week over thanksgiving. She sent me a couple of videos of her scratching and brushing him and his deep purr said it all. He was sleeping in his window bed when I came home and rolled his head back as if to say “who”? when I opened the door. Like I said, I knew immediately Jena did so much more than the basics and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family, friends or someone I’ve never met.”

My dog is very hyper, jumpy and needy, and Marisa has never once had an issue with watching / walking Jax. There isn’t a single person out there that I would rather be taking care of my dog, and I can easily say that there isn’t possibly a better home for the dog she has applied for. About: I have had dogs all while growing up, I absolutely adore them. I am used to being around and caring for dogs of all sizes and ages as well. I am not afraid of dogs and can comfortably handle all energy types! I have been regularly dog sitting and walking for the past 5 years so I am very comfortable in most situations. I am a recent college grad working full time currently but I would love to spend any and all of my free time with and caring for your dog :) I work Tuesday- Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday and Monday are my days off. I will not be able to care for pets in my home. In a clients home, I would follow whatever protocols they have regarding their dog(s) and property in order to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind.
