House Sitting in Harwich

About: I love Cape Cod for its dog friendly places and I haven't met a dog I didn't like. I am loyal and loving. I like throwing the "cluck it" ball until Fido or my arm wears out. One special skill I have is I can't smell poop, so I don't mind picking it up. I love dogs and cats. I love dogs that need a lot of attention. Dogs like me for my chill yet active personality, sweet voice and soft hands. I have experience with big Labs, medium terriers, schnauzers, maltipoos and little tiny pups. I have a full time job from 7:30am to 4pm, but I take care of pups before and after work. I can be remote if needed. I work in Eastham and can check on dogs during lunch breaks if needed. I am free on weekends to petsit and during the week if pet can handle my work schedule. I can care for your pet in your home and do my best to keep them happy in their space. I love taking dogs on walks.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs of all kinds—big, small, energetic, and everything in between! From Huskies to Pitbulls, I’m comfortable with every breed and always provide loving, respectful care. I work full-time during the week but am available for evening visits after 5:30 PM. Most Saturdays I’m available after 1:00 PM, and I’m fully available on Sundays. I’m very reliable and love keeping pet parents updated so you always feel comfortable and confident. While I don’t offer pet care in my own home, I’m happy to care for your pet(s) in the comfort of your home where they feel most safe and relaxed. I follow all care instructions closely and can accommodate feeding schedules, medications, litter box care, playtime, and plenty of attention. I’m also available for overnight stays if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors dogs as well as friends and family. They’ve been all sizes from big to small and all different breeds. I’ve also had a family dog and cat my whole life and I’ve helped to care for them ever since I was little. I’m currently working to find a new job after doing seasonal work, so I have ample time currently. Once I find a job I will likely be off weekends with the most free time then. I live with my parents and they have a fully fenced in yard, perfect for roaming and running around to play if your pet came to stay.

About: Cared for my 14 year old pup from beginning to end, but still surrounded by lots of family dogs! With dog & cat sitting experience for family, friends, neighbors, and Rover pups, I’ll be sure to keep your pets happy & safe. Currently on a travel PT assignment on Cape Cod and am available to watch or walk your pet! I am more likely to be able to cover areas in or East of Dennis. I am extremely respectful of clients homes and how they prefer I care for their pets. Whether it’s walking or sitting, I will do everything I can to keep their normal routine and continue anything they’re used to doing while with the owners.

About: We recently moved to Harwich from Bedford, MA in Oct 2024. We love taking walks and taking car rides with our Goldens to try new trails or beaches that are pet friendly and meet other dogs and Pet Owners My Wife and I are recently retired now living in Harwich and are avid walkers. We love taking walks on the beach, Thompsons Field and neighborhoods. Our Golden has the common area free to roam and we crate her at night. We have a runner off back deck that we use while outside with her. Never let her loose unless we are with her.

She sent tons of photos and was in touch every day so we knew what they were up to. And she even baked them homemade dog biscuits! Cannot recommend her highly enough!!”

About: I have been a Veterinary Technician for 5 years, and continue to volunteer with animal welfare and environmental/conservation organizations. I have dedicated my life to the care and welfare of all animals in my care. I currently work full-time as a Veterinary Technician. I am available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, to drop in for a dog walk, take care of Kitty's, or do over nights. I have years of pet sitting experience, and have taken care of my own beloved pets. I have dedicated my life to the welfare of animals, including domestic and wild. About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life. My family has always had multiple dogs in our home and a house isn’t a home without a dog. For years I have cared for friends and family dogs while they were either at work or vacation. Now that I am retired I have a lot more time to give helping others who need support to care for their dog. I am available all hours of the day and night. I can pick up dogs or they can be brought to my home. I am semi retired and this allows me lots of flexibility in my schedule. I have a fenced in yard that backs up to conservation land that I use to exercise my own dogs. If allowed by owner, walks on the beach at low tide is a favorite activity for our dogs. During the summers I walk the many trails this area has to offer, many with ponds the dogs love to swim in.
