I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, and no matter who’s they are, I treat them all like my own. I’m currently working part-time, only on weekends for the most part, so I have lots of time on my hands to take care of your fuzzy friends. I have two sweet pets currently, a small dog and a cat, that can easily be separated from your pet if they are staying in my home!

About: I have never lived in a household without pets before, so taking care of cats and dogs (and fish) is something I’ve done my whole life. I’ve owned three black labs and multiple cats over the years. I especially love big dogs, but am a big fan of all animals! Besides Saturdays, I am available any day and any times through the summer. I start law school at the very end of August and will have less availability at that time, but I will still be looking for work! I love to keep my pets active and enriched, whether that means going on a walk, playing fetch in the yard, or going to the beach for a swim!

I have a very bubbly personality, and I enjoy staying active. I’m currently working part-time one to two days a week so I have a very open schedule to take dogs on daily walks or sit when they need be. I’ve cared for pets in many different ways from walking to sitting to giving medication and providing comfort when anxious or scared. My dog in particular does not do well around loud noises so needs to be comforted during those times and cared for carefully.

I am very loving toward animals. I work at an elementary school and am home by 3 pm during the school year. During the summer I am available around 1 pm. My first pup was an Irish Setter when I was just four, and over the years my family rescued many dogs — including plenty of Basset Hounds — so I’m comfortable with all kinds of breeds and personalities. I’m now a cat owner as well — it’s a new experience, but one I’ve grown to love. At the moment, I’m available nearly every day, including weekends, thanks to a flexible work schedule. I’m happy to work around your needs and adjust as things come up. My kids are fully grown, so I have some more time on my hands! I’m completely comfortable crating dogs when needed, and I’m confident handling daily walks, potty breaks, and general exercise routines to make sure every pup feels safe, happy, and well‑cared for.
