About: Graduated from UNH class 2014 with a Bachelors in Zoology. Proud to have over 20 years of animal care. 15 years of multi pet ownership . ---Raised and trained 8 dogs from puppy to adult. Spent 6 months volunteering at an animal shelter. Have completed Two separate 10 session dog training courses with a certified dog trainer. Have completed online Instructional courses on E-collar training and behavior modification. My family and I currently have two dogs and a lizard, so pet care is part of our daily routine, 24/7 365. My own dogs are walked daily and stimulated through play and training. When we are home as a family, the dogs are out with us enjoying life. When we are out of the house, they are either crated or secured in a room with fresh water. Safety/Security and respecting the animals are my core values. While the animals in my home are cared for like family, they are taught to respect boundaries and work for affection. In my care, pets are leashed unless they are in a secure, fenced area. I take the time to understand each animal is an individual who has unique needs. I cater my approach to each animal based on their specific demeanor.

I loved receiving the photos she sent throughout the weekend, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She truly went above and beyond to make my dog feel at home. She spent time playing fetch—my dog's absolute favorite game—and was highly observant and adaptable when Daisy interacted with her own two dogs, ensuring all the pups felt safe and comfortable. For dog sitting however there are children in the home and my dog but we welcome any family friendly pups!

About: I’m the kind of sitter who can turn a shy cat into a purring cuddle buddy in no time! Cats are my favorite animals, and having my own at home has taught me how to read their moods, respect their space, and spoil them just the right amount. I love playing, snuggling, and giving every kitty the attention they deserve, so your furry friend will feel happy, safe, and totally adored while you’re away.

About: I have helped to take care of my family cats my whole life, including feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and administering medication. I also enjoy keeping my cats enriched and active with playtime!

About: I grew up on a small farm and have always loved creatures great and small. I have always had pets and have been a caregiver for friend’s dogs for years. I am now home full time and welcome the opportunity to slather love on more critters 🩷 In warm weather I can leave the back door open allowing dogs to come in and out as the please. **Please note** Beginning September 1, 2026 I will be working from 8:45AM. My teenage son (more of a dog lover than even me!) arrives home at 3:15P - if your dog cannot be on their own from 8:45-3:15 we would not be the right fit. I have a fenced yard and a sweet 6 year old plott hound (Mojo), many fish, an axolotl (Buggie), and a hamster (Donut). My husband and I have two boys aged 10 and 12 who love animals as much as I do.

“Oliver had a wonderful time spending the day with Alison. I appreciate her last minute accommodations and flexibility. You guys were wonderful, thank you for taking great care of Ollie.”

About: Hi there! My husband and I are the ultimate dog people. We both grew up with dogs and have been caring for them on and off Rover for years! We took a break from this app as we had a couple of regular pup clients but we are back and eager to meet yours!!! We have been caring for dogs for over 25 years. We are very active and we love hikes in the state forest or long walks on the trails of Pinehills, Hedges Park, Plymouth Long Beach, and the canal. We live 2 houses down from Bloody Pond if your pup enjoys swimming!! We have a mellow 3 year old boxer named Polly. She is such a little love, more mellow than your typical 3 year old boxer, is great with all dogs, and can often be found sun bathing on our back patio. Although not completely fenced in, we have a tie out run and live on a dead end street. We both have very flexible schedules which makes for great availability. We will always do our best to accommodate requests! Drop ins and dog boarding are mostly what we do but don’t hesitate to reach out re: dog walking and house sitting. Please note, meet and greets are required for all dog boarding and house sitting requests. Our yard is 3/4s fenced in and we live on a dead end. Dogs are NEVER off leash without owner permission and our full trust in the pup.
About: I’ve been a lifelong dog lover who grew up begging for a dog. After college, I brought home my first dog—a golden retriever who was the center of my world. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all kinds: high-energy, troublemakers, dogs with medical needs, seniors, and everything in between. I’m comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I truly enjoy getting to know what makes each dog unique. After meeting my husband, we added a rescue to our household and regularly help care for and babysit dogs for family and friends. After saying goodbye to my beloved Golden, our house has felt a little empty. While we’re not ready to add another full time dog, we love welcoming an extra companion to our home for short term stays! Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities, and I can’t wait to give them the care they deserve while you’re away. I am a mom of two young children and currently at home with them and our rescue dog. I said goodbye to my senior golden last year and have missed having that extra companion. I have plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, and lots of time to devote to your dog. I have a dog-safe, child-proof home. My yard is partially fenced, and I also have an electric fence available for dogs trained to use one (my dog does not use it). My house is located in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood with sidewalks and low-traffic roads—perfect for safe, enjoyable walks.

About: I've been around dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, so spending time with animals has always been a natural part of my life. Growing up with pets of all breeds, sizes, and personalities taught me that every animal has unique needs, and I enjoy getting to know what makes each one feel comfortable and happy. As a pet owner myself, I know how much trust goes into leaving a furry family member with someone else. That's why I take the time to stick to their routine, pay attention to the little details, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and at ease while you're away. Whether they're full of energy, a little timid, or simply happiest relaxing at home, I'll meet them where they are and treat them like part of my own family. My goal is for you to return to a happy companion and feel confident knowing they were in caring, dependable hands. Fortunately, the summer schedule has allowed me to be wide open for any boarding and day drop ins as needed. Plus, I have my own animals, so pet care is an everyday routine in my household. I have a large fenced in yard and a goofy doggo to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog and/or mine if needed.

While most of my experience is personal, I bring a reliable and caring approach to every pet as if they were my own! I work from home four days a week, and I am usually local on weekends, so my schedule is flexible. I’m home throughout the day and can provide potty breaks when needed and playtime during lunch hour and in the evenings. My schedule makes it easy to pop by during lunch or evenings to check in, feed, and give some love and attention as needed. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I have a labrador retriever who gets along with other animals and a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play. About: I’ve had pets my entire life, especially dogs. My first pup was an Irish Setter when I was just four, and over the years my family rescued many dogs — including plenty of Basset Hounds — so I’m comfortable with all kinds of breeds and personalities. I’m now a cat owner as well — it’s a new experience, but one I’ve grown to love. At the moment, I’m available nearly every day, including weekends, thanks to a flexible work schedule. I’m happy to work around your needs and adjust as things come up. My kids are fully grown, so I have some more time on my hands! I’m completely comfortable crating dogs when needed, and I’m confident handling daily walks, potty breaks, and general exercise routines to make sure every pup feels safe, happy, and well‑cared for.

I am very flexible and willing when it comes to helping you and your pets find quality care! I have seven years of experience dog sitting, experience with administering medication via pill and syringe, taking care of up to four dogs and two cats at a time for over two weeks, elder animal experience, and have been on Rover for a year and a half now. I took a break, but am happy to be back! Giving your pet the care that they deserve is my mission and many owners can attest to that. I grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and fish which gave me years of experience in animal care. I am responsible, timely, and reliable. I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon! I am a college student with flexible hours, especially Friday through Monday. I have an internship and I waitress, but my hours at the restaurant can change. My internship is 9-5 Tuesday through Thursday, but I have a two hour lunch break so I can check in, feed, and spend time with your pets. It’s important to keep them well nourished, active, and be kind to them. Animals are our friends and communicate differently, so paying attention to their needs is key. I will treat your home and pet with nothing but respect.
“Autumn was great. She took great care of Ivy and I definitely recommend her as a walker/sitter. She made sure Ivy went to the bathroom and had plenty of water and cooled down after her short walk in the summer heat!”

About: Safe to say I grew up in a big dog family. Ever since I've been alive, my family had 2 to 3 dogs in the house, both big and small dogs. I grew up surrounded by dogs and definitely have an attachment to them. Have been traveling for work for a few years so havn't had an opportunity to get one myself, but recently purchased a new home and getting a new pup is high on the list of priorities. I've been dog sitting for friends and relatives for many years and my wife is just as big of a dog lover. Looking forward to answering any questions! I've been recently working from home, so typically very available now to work around others schedule and making sure no dog is left alone for too long. Have a backyard that does not have a fence yet, but able to put up temporary fence when any visitors are here. Can board the dog however the owner perfers (crate or no crate). Single family home in family friendly neighborhood near Kingston and Duxbury.

I focus on keeping pets happy and comfortable while maintaining their normal routines. I am currently home during the day with a flexible schedule. I love getting out for fresh air and exercise. I only care for one pet family at a time so I am a perfect option for dogs that don’t get along well with other dogs or prefer to be the main attraction. Getting the opportunity to walk, play and meet your fur babies needs would brighten my day! Safety is my top priority. With your dog being my only guest I can give ensure they get personalized attention. I never leave dogs unattended outside or off-leash in unfenced areas. About: I have been a dog owner for over 40 years. I have watched many pets of family members and neighbors. I love to walk dogs in the woods or on the beach. It is a daily routine and I always make sure that my dogs are well cared for and get plenty of exercise. I currently work part time, 2 days for 4 hours per day so I have plenty of time to care for your dog as dog care is part of my daily routine now. I have a fenced yard and a 10 year old Lab. He is very beta and gets along well with other dogs. My daily routine includes several long walks. If necessary I have plenty of room to crate your dog.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for about 2 years, but they’ve always been a huge part of my life. As a proud pet parent myself, I know just how much love and attention our furry friends need to feel safe and happy. Whether it's going for fun walks, playtime in the yard, or just quiet cuddle time, I treat every dog like they’re part of my own family. I truly love what I do, and it brings me so much joy to give pets the same care and comfort I’d want for my own. Pet care naturally fits right into my daily and weekly routine! I’m fully open on weekends, which makes it easy to dedicate my time to caring for pets. During the week, I’m a full-time college student, so I do have specific times I need to be in class—but before and after, I have long breaks that give me plenty of flexibility for check-ins, walks, and playtime. I love using those free hours to spend time with pets, making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and cared for while their families are busy! Whether I’m caring for pets in my own home or in a client’s home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In a client’s home, I keep pets in their familiar routines—feeding, walking, and playtime just the way they’re used to—so they stay happy and relaxed while you’re away or busy. At this time, I don’t plan on taking in any animals since I’m in college, so all of my care will be in the comfort of your pet’s own home.
About: I'm Nicole, and I'm a young professional living in Plymouth. I've grown up with dogs, and have experience with a variety of breeds; from Maltese to Labradors. I am flexible with scheduling. I have availability in the early mornings, around lunch time, and any time after 5pm. I am also available on the weekends. I enjoy taking multiple walks a day, so having a dog with me on those walks would be great! It’s a win-win for the both of us. I have a fenced in yard and my own own dog at home who is crate trained. I can crate your dog if need be!
About: Hello friends! My name is Taylor and I am 32 years old. I don’t currently have pets of my own, so I’m lucky enough to fill that space by caring for a wide variety of other people’s pets and giving them my full attention. With six years of experience pet sitting, I have had the pleasure of caring for dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, bunnies, fish, and chickens. I also spent 5 years in the Plymouth County 4-H program, where I trained, groomed, showed, and cared for dogs throughout Massachusetts. That experience taught me how to read animal behavior and follow structured routines. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, and I genuinely enjoy taking the time to learn what makes them happy. While your pet is in my care, you can expect regular updates along with photos/videos. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel completely at ease while you’re away. I work full-time as a 911 operator. This schedule includes weeknight shifts from 4pm-12am, excluding Fridays. Because of this, I usually suggest that your animal is accustomed to time apart or there’s someone who’s available to check in while I’m working. I care for pets in their own homes whenever possible to keep them comfortable in a familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special instructions provided by the owner.

Communication was excellent- we received regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear he was getting plenty of attention, care and exercise. He came home relaxed and well cared for- which is always the best indicator.”
