About: I lost my amazing furry child and co-pilot recently. I miss the walks, play time, and just being with one another, Animals are so therapeutic in the scheme of life in many ways. I welcome sharing a walk with your furry child, or stopping by to check in. I have had dogs and cats most of my life. At this time I welcome the opportunity to share some time and love with others. I could do early afternoon/evening walks. Some weekends available as well. This is new, so just inquiring to see if others may be where I once was finding challenges looking for a reliable person for pet care. I am happy to go to your home and walk your dog in their familiar neighborhood. I am happy to pick your dog up and go for a beach romp/walk. I am happy for you to bring your dog to my home and I have a fenced in area, a nice neighborhood for walking. I just lost my dog of 12 1/2 years recently. I am not about to jump into getting another dog at all... she'll never be replaced. But there is definitely a void and I thought this would be a nice balance. I have a welcoming space to offer.

“While we were away for a medical procedure, our 15 year old dog became quite ill, requiring lots of attention and complex caregiving — and house cleaning — as well as comforting. Caitlin managed all parts of this VERY difficult booking, which was much more than she bargained for, with competence and grace , and kept her safe and comfortable while we scheduled the Vet and raced home. We were so relieved to have such close and competent attention for our little girl, and grateful for Caitlin‘s grace and confidence at a precarious time. We can’t say enough good about Caitlin and we can’t thank herenough.”

“Brian is amazing! A true dog lover, he is friendly, engaging, responsive, communicates clearly, and frequently sending pictures and videos. Five stars!”

“We knew our high energy pups were in the absolute best hands with Paige!! They loved her immediately and our anxious doggo was totally at ease. She sent us a bunch of photos and left the house very clean! We were grateful to find such a genuine and caring person to love on our dogs while out of town— already planning to use Paige as a dog/house sitter in the future.”

“Helena was fantastic. She did a great job watching my dog. Very affectionate and loving, neat and tidy around the house, great communicator, gave him his medication. Just a fantastic experience with Helena. Highly recommend.”

“Carly was wonderful! She was easy to communicate with, always on time, and took excellent care of our Doberman.”

“Such a caring, kind and conscientious person. I cannot recommend Panny enough. We went on a three week trip to Africa and came home to a calm dog and a spotless home. I have been hiring dog-sitters for 30 years and Panny made them all pale by comparison.”

“Laine was amazing…gentle, calm, patient, reliable, caring. She stayed with my elderly, timid dog in my home for 5 days. She sent me updates and pictures daily and left the house and kitchen pristine. I would highly recommend.”

“Lena was perfection! She dog and house sat for us when we were away for 11 days. When we returned home our dog was naturally overjoyed to see us but, after the usual running around and thorough face lickings, he quickly settled down again to his normal content self. This told us that during his "staycation" with Lena, he felt comfortable and cared for, and that his normal routines--eating, taking walks, playing, sleeping-- had continued during our time away. We'd asked Lena not to overdo the playing with our fun-loving ball-centric guy because he had an injured leg that had been causing him to limp when he ran. Holding back is not easy to do because our pup is VERY persuasive when it comes to wanting to play fetch. Even so, when we got home, we were very pleased to see Brindle wasn't limping at all. When we returned, our house was in virtually the same condition it was when we left! Everything was where I'd left it, the floors were clean and swept, the kitchen and bathrooms neat and clean too. Lena even washed and dried the sheets and towels she'd used and left them for us in the drier! We did not have much need to ask about Brindle while we were away because all went well. When we texted Lena, she answered immediately. Will we ask her to housesit again? We sure will, and you should think about it too!”

“My fiancé & I are so grateful for Abigail being able to care for our pets at the last minute. She was extremely responsive, reliable, and took great care of the animals. We were only gone for one day but she provided us with numerous updates and photos. Our house was clean and the animals were very happy when we returned. Highly recommend and would definitely hire her again!”

Mary L.
“I have known Mary as a dog lover and caregiver for more than 20 years. She rescued a dog of mine that had to be removed from my home because she needed to be in a one dog home. Mary retrained that dog and she lived the best life any dog could ever have. Mary even worked with her to be a cat lover! Any pet would be lucky to have Mary as a caregiver.”

“Caitlin has been a wonderful dog sitter. We had a big family reunion to go to and she took care of my elderly dogs for 10 days! She kept me updated and she loved them like her own dogs! When we had a funeral to go to and I realized my old babies couldn’t be home alone too long she took care of them last minute. Caitlin’s help has been a blessing to our family. I recommend her highly! It’s such peace of mind to know my fur babies are safe with her.”

Taylor H.
“Taylor is a natural when it comes to working with animals, any animal. My experience with Taylor is that she has not only helped me with my goats but fully embraced the care they need. When I met Taylor she was working locally for a dog groomer and came with high recommendations. Although she began with my company working with goats it was not long before I trusted her with my dogs, one being a 9 month old golden retriever puppy that immediately responded and respected Taylor, and much to my satisfaction she began working with him. My second pup, 11 year old Golden only accepted me as his companion and care giver, and has accepted Taylor. Before I met Taylor I could never leave my dogs with anyone. I will conclude in stating that I finally have found the perfect person that can safely take care of both of my dogs, both who have different needs. I highly recommend Taylor, she has your pets best interest in her heart.”

Aliaksandra I.
“My dogs still miss Ali! She would take them both for long, interval walks at the park in Harwich, MA when I needed extra time to focus on my studies. I appreciate her help with early morning walks!”

Helena is INCREDIBLE!! I felt so at ease while away. Nala has quite the separation anxiety which makes it hard to leave because she can be a little high maintenance. Not once did I worry about her being left alone for long periods of time. Helena sent me a bunch of updates and pictures. She left the house super clean. I highly recommend her! Nala and I love her so much <3

This was the first time that we have left our 2 dogs with anyone but family in over 40 years of owning dogs and it seemed to go quite smoothly. Carly spent nights at our house, walked them once daily, fed them and administered medications. She sent us daily pictures of the dogs and they always seemed to be smiling. I would recommend Carly to anyone looking for a sitter as she is very upbeat and capable. Thanks Carly!

Panny was great! Joy needs seizure medicine and can get picky about taking her pills. Panny brought cream cheese to tempt her and it worked. He was great with the dogs and left the house was neat when I got home. I would definitely use him again!

Delfina faced a difficult situation with one of our dogs who was aggressive upon her arrival. She notified us immediately but did not cancel the job. She worked through it with the help of our friend, who knows the dogs well. Delfina lavished time and attention upon all 3 of our dogs. We were very happy with the care they received.
