About: I’ve had a family dog my whole life, and my fiancé and I hope to have our own someday. Since we’re not able to right now, I get my dog fix through Rover! I’ve been active on Rover for over a year, doing walks, drop-ins, and house sitting pretty consistently. I love getting to care for all different kinds of dogs and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I work full-time Monday–Friday from 8:30–4:30, with a lunch break where I can run home if needed. I’m always available on weekends and usually spend that time going on long walks, so I’m happy to include pets in my weekend plans! I treat every pet like my own! I follow their routine, give them plenty of attention and exercise, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care.

“Harriet’s place...Ryder Beach Farm is a great location for our Cape Cod vacation. Being border collies, we loved being around all the other animals...donkeys, chickens, geese, goats, cats and dogs. We were on vacation so we kept our herding to a minimum. Accommodations were excellent...comfortable places to lie down, plenty of things to chew on and an occasional walk on the beach that included a stick for each of us. And they could see that Barry was timid and would need extra attention and they made sure to provide that care. They have a great back yard and I know Barry played a lot because he slept right when he got home. They updated me and sent pictures throughout the whole stay and genuinely cared for our puppy. About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.

Outstanding!! Pupper is a fairly shy, quiet little dog, but he immediately took to Isabella -- she absolutely "gets" dogs. Her home is very well set up for dogs, with cozy beds, generous water bowls, and pup blankets on the sofa. The many photos she sent me during Pupper's stay showed me that he was completely happy and comfortable, either in her arms or lounging in a dog bed, keeping an eye on the kitchen. :) Isabella is a treasure and I highly recommend!
