From a detailed description of each visit to the many photos of my cat Loki, it was clear that Loki was getting the very best care possible. What made it even better is that my cat Loki clearly loved Kelly as well! (I was so worried he'd just spend the whole time hiding, lol.) About: I have grown up with animals and take care of them my whole life. I absolutely love cats and dogs and am currently in university studying to go to veterinary school. I have worked with all kinds of dogs from the most reactive to the most laid so I feel prepared for any situation. I am able to take pets on long walks or runs or just be with them while parents are away! I am currently working 5 days a week but am done by 4:00 everyday giving me plenty of time to work with your pets! I can walk/run with them and stay overnight any day of the week! I am very flexible so whatever you need I can most likely do! I have lots of experience with pets so I will always be sure to take them out and walk them or get them engaged in an activity. I know how to administer many medications both oral and injections so there is no need to worry about your pets health while I am taking care of them!

About: I am entering my senior year at the University of Rhode Island, earning a degree in animal science, specializing in zoo and aquarium animal science with a focus on behavior and training. The classes I have taken at the university focus on animal biology, care, management, and behavior. I have had many animal care experiences ranging from cats and dogs, aquatic species at the Mystic Aquarium, and most recently caring for a geriatric elephant (so large dogs don’t scare me :))! Throughout my life I have had many pets from cats and dogs, to small mammals and reptiles. I have also had some experience training various animals, such as cats, chickens, bears and elephants! I have the basic skills to train using operant conditioning and positive reinforcement. I am working a part time summer job at a restaurant mostly working at night. I am available to do drop in visits throughout the day. I will not be able to take your pets into my home because I have pets of my own. Safety is my number one priority for myself and your pets and am willing to work through any challenges your pet may face!
