About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life! I previously spent 5 years working at Flying A Canine Ranch in Metamora, MI, where I cared for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and sizes. My experience included doggy daycare, overnight boarding, feeding, administering medications, playtime, and best of all, lots of love and attention! I’ve also always had pets of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your furry family members. I’ll care for your pets like they’re my own! I recently moved to Cape Cod from San Diego and am lucky to have a flexible schedule with plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friends! I've always had a love for animals, so spending time with them is something I genuinely enjoy. I'm excited to meet some new furry faces and give them all the love, time and attention they deserve. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life and career. I currently manage a veterinary hospital and have experience working alongside both general practice and emergency veterinary teams. As a pet parent to a nervous, reactive dog, I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities. Whether your pet loves adventure, playtime, quiet companionship, or requires a little extra patience and understanding, I’ll make sure they receive attentive, compassionate care tailored to them. Currently working Full time and looking to do this as a side job. I would prefer dogs that are close to me to ensure I can do as many walks as possible. About: I am entering my senior year at the University of Rhode Island, earning a degree in animal science, specializing in zoo and aquarium animal science with a focus on behavior and training. The classes I have taken at the university focus on animal biology, care, management, and behavior. I have had many animal care experiences ranging from cats and dogs, aquatic species at the Mystic Aquarium, and most recently caring for a geriatric elephant (so large dogs don’t scare me :))! Throughout my life I have had many pets from cats and dogs, to small mammals and reptiles. I have also had some experience training various animals, such as cats, chickens, bears and elephants! About: I trained 3 service dogs for NEADS weekend puppy raiser program. All 3 dogs passed their service dog tests, 2 of them assist children with special needs and the other dog is a courthouse therapy dog. I also had a Bernese Mountain Dog for 10 years! Last year I volunteered at The Cat Connection in Boston where I cared for the shelter cats there. I am flexible on times to walk, but mornings and afternoons work best for me! About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. Robbie and Flora. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised Bruce, a rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June 2025 but he will always be my companion at my side. For some time I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Sometimes from here to there, carefully, comfortably, gingerly. I have a background in psychology, and I’m a dog trainer and a bit of a behaviorist. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it, which I started in August 2025. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or caring for an older dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. I will basically be spending the entire time with your pets. We’ll wake up between five to eight in the morning, and we’ll go bed between eight and eleven at night. I’ll be up with them as they need and we’ll be in and out much more than is required. I am delicate and meticulous and believe in leaving no trace that I was there. I want my client after their time away from home and their animals to not be met with the mess that I could be leaving behind. I am committed to performing an act of cleaning based on the tools available.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
