About: I have cared for pets my whole life and frequently care for friend’s pets when needed. I have a home in Yarmouth, work remotely full time and always open to caring for pets in their own home if preferred. I have an amazing cat of my own that loves other animals. I also have a 16 year old daughter that has helped raise dogs & cats since she was a baby. I look forward to connecting with you and caring for your fur baby! About: Dogs are pretty straightforward which I love. If they like or don’t like something they’ll let you know. More importantly is understanding their owners. Patience is key. You can get a dog to love you but to respect you is a different story. My full time job is 12:00-7:30pm. Days I dont work I’m 100% available to watch your pups all day if need be. I can take care of bathroom breaks at 11am and 7:30-8pm Pups that I care for get 110% of my attention. At the moment I’m available to take care of clients dogs within their homes. If it means overnights I’m more than happy to.
About: I’ve had a family dog my whole life, and my fiancé and I hope to have our own someday. Since we’re not able to right now, I get my dog fix through Rover! About: I’m a lifelong pet and dog lover with a 7 year-old female spayed lab, Ellie, of my own. I’ve cared for family, friends, and neighbor’s dogs for more than 25 years. My Ellie is very calm, friendly, highly socialised, and great with other dogs and children of all ages. I work from home and operate a licensed family daycare with success for more than 25 years. I have weekends off where I have plenty of time to take walks with my own dog and others. I am available for over night dog stays at that time also. My work area is separate, but I have a large fenced in yard with grass. My own dog plays with the children outside, but mostly stays upstairs when we are in. My Ellie often prefers the couch over her dog bed, and I’m fine with that. 😊 I have a completely fenced in backyard where the dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise, but are never outside alone. About: I am entering my senior year at the University of Rhode Island, earning a degree in animal science, specializing in zoo and aquarium animal science with a focus on behavior and training. The classes I have taken at the university focus on animal biology, care, management, and behavior. I have had many animal care experiences ranging from cats and dogs, aquatic species at the Mystic Aquarium, and most recently caring for a geriatric elephant (so large dogs don’t scare me :))! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
