Here is what you can expect during their stay: • Play: We have a large, fenced backyard where your dog can safely run and play. We are located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood right next door to a large recreational field/park with a walking trail. For more adventurous pups, we also have excellent wooded trails nearby as well. • Socialization: My family will be more than happy to provide extra human interaction throughout the day if your dog is seeking it. We also have 2 friendly resident dogs (a gentle, senior Shih Tzu who mostly minds her own business, and a social English Pointer who will be happy to make new friends) and a cat who is well accustomed to dogs, but will mostly keep to himself. • Separation: While socialization is great, it's not for everyone. If your dog is anxious, or just feeling overwhelmed, I have my own private, dedicated space where they can get away from all the hubbub of the household, and enjoy some downtime. They are also more than welcome to share my furniture if they're more of a lap dog type! As a professional pet handler, I promise to stay aware of your dog's body language and ensure they're recieving the best care possible. Their safety and peace of mind are my top priority.

About: I currently work at an animal hospital, so I’m used to taking care of both cats and dogs. My own dog was diabetic so I’m used to administering insulin shots. I especially love being active with animals such as long walks and lots of playtime! I am currently working 4 days a week, usually until after 7:30, but I do have weekends off. I’m free most weekends and most tuesdays! I follow whatever directions are specific to each animal and home as I’m very comfortable with most animals and aim to provide the best service possible. About: I’ve had a family dog my whole life, and my fiancé and I hope to have our own someday. Since we’re not able to right now, I get my dog fix through Rover! I’ve been active on Rover for over a year, doing walks, drop-ins, and house sitting pretty consistently. I love getting to care for all different kinds of dogs and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I work full-time Monday–Friday from 8:30–4:30, with a lunch break where I can run home if needed.
