About: i'm great with pets as I've had them my whole life. I love to hang out with them and go outside to play fetch etc. as of now i have no other job so im completely free to give my full undivided attention & support to your furry friends! :) I have a 2yr old super sweet loving golden retriever at home named Winnie & a fenced in backyard where we play and go potty!

Spent 6 months volunteering at an animal shelter. Have completed Two separate 10 session dog training courses with a certified dog trainer. Have completed online Instructional courses on E-collar training and behavior modification. Have experience handling dogs with behavioral issues/quirks Have cared for pets of family and friends in addition to my own for over 15 years . My family and I currently have two dogs and a lizard, so pet care is part of our daily routine, 24/7 365. My own dogs are walked daily and stimulated through play and training. When we are home as a family, the dogs are out with us enjoying life. When we are out of the house, they are either crated or secured in a room with fresh water. Safety/Security and respecting the animals are my core values. While the animals in my home are cared for like family, they are taught to respect boundaries and work for affection. In my care, pets are leashed unless they are in a secure, fenced area. I take the time to understand each animal is an individual who has unique needs. I cater my approach to each animal based on their specific demeanor.

“Harriet’s place...Ryder Beach Farm is a great location for our Cape Cod vacation. Being border collies, we loved being around all the other animals...donkeys, chickens, geese, goats, cats and dogs. We were on vacation so we kept our herding to a minimum. Accommodations were excellent...comfortable places to lie down, plenty of things to chew on and an occasional walk on the beach that included a stick for each of us.
