The property was also very large, which gave Olympia plenty of room to enjoy herself. Madaket sent several pictures and videos throughout the day. There is nothing better than feeling confident that your dog doesn’t miss you because you know they are having such a good time ?! I’d be happy to leave Olympia there any time! Plus she gave Olympia a little blue bandana ?”

About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.

“Harriet’s place...Ryder Beach Farm is a great location for our Cape Cod vacation. Being border collies, we loved being around all the other animals...donkeys, chickens, geese, goats, cats and dogs. We were on vacation so we kept our herding to a minimum. Accommodations were excellent...comfortable places to lie down, plenty of things to chew on and an occasional walk on the beach that included a stick for each of us. We plan to come back again and again. Thanks so much Harriet!”

We want every dog staying with us to feel like they’re at a second home. We provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities for walks and relaxation. We will follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, crate routines, sleeping arrangements, and other preferences.
