It was our first time leaving Charlie with anyone other than family, also it was the longest amount of time we would be gone. She stayed with Charlie for 6 days and 5 nights. Our flights were delayed both going and coming home. Jen was so accommodating, she came earlier than I had booked her for and stayed later at the end. I was completely at ease knowing Charlie was going to be so well cared for, even loved. He's such a creature of habit and Jen followed our routine perfectly. She kept them active by taking them on walks, letting them play together, but was vigilant to not let them play too intensely and separated our puppy when she was getting too playful. She also was so caring and helpful to our puppy who is still potty training and was patient with her when she had accidents. Lily took great care of our home while we were away and we couldn’t recommend her enough. We will absolutely be booking with her again.
