About: Hello! My names Marisa, i was born and raised on Cape Cod. I have about 5 years experience in pet-sitting, from in home care for kitties and daily visits to run larger breed dogs to working in fancy overnight dog hotels. I have been a doggy momma to mostly smaller more energetic breeds but in 2021 adopted a large pitty mix from a shelter and absolutely fell in love. I have experience handling XL and special needs canines. My now passed on pitbull had Central Vestibular Disease, leaving him with fairly regular seizures and extremely poor balance. He needed help going to the bathroom, required constant attention on walks and was sensitive to certain social situations. I loved caring for him and fully intend on searching for another special needs dog when im ready to adopt again.
