I have 2 Cavapoochons who loved hanging with Mike's dog Bubba in his big back yard. My dogs came home happy and tired, as if they were in doggie daycare playing all day! Mike's home location is very convenient to the highway making drop off and pick up very easy. If you’re looking for a safe, attentive, and comfortable home for your dog while you’re away, you’ve found it. We both work from home, so your dog will never be alone. We have a small, friendly Labradoodle who loves other dogs and is very used to sharing his space. Because of that, visiting dogs typically adjust quickly and feel right at home here. We’ve cared for many friends’ dogs over the years, including puppies, adult dogs, and seniors. We’re comfortable with different temperaments, energy levels, and routines, from active dogs who need lots of playtime and walks to more relaxed dogs who just want a calm, cozy environment. We have used pet sitters several times for our own travels, so we know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your beloved fur baby with a stranger. We will make your dog one of our family and give you regular updates, including photos. We know how important it is to trust who you leave your dog with. Our goal is simple: make your dog feel safe, happy, and cared for, so you can relax while you’re away. On weekends, we’re generally home and maintain a similar routine, with even more flexibility for walks, outdoor time, and one-on-one attention. Anndrea provides a safe, clean and caring environment in her home. She took excellent care including administering Tippy's medication. She let Tippy explore her completely fenced-in yard and showed how to use a "doggy door." We even got a video of Tippy playing and having fun. When we are home as a family, the dogs are out with us enjoying life. When we are out of the house, they are either crated or secured in a room with fresh water. Safety/Security and respecting the animals are my core values. While the animals in my home are cared for like family, they are taught to respect boundaries and work for affection. In my care, pets are leashed unless they are in a secure, fenced area. I take the time to understand each animal is an individual who has unique needs. I cater my approach to each animal based on their specific demeanor.
