If you’re looking for a safe, attentive, and comfortable home for your dog while you’re away, you’ve found it. We both work from home, so your dog will never be alone. We have a small, friendly Labradoodle who loves other dogs and is very used to sharing his space. Because of that, visiting dogs typically adjust quickly and feel right at home here. We’ve cared for many friends’ dogs over the years, including puppies, adult dogs, and seniors. We’re comfortable with different temperaments, energy levels, and routines, from active dogs who need lots of playtime and walks to more relaxed dogs who just want a calm, cozy environment. We have used pet sitters several times for our own travels, so we know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your beloved fur baby with a stranger. We will make your dog one of our family and give you regular updates, including photos. We know how important it is to trust who you leave your dog with. Our goal is simple: make your dog feel safe, happy, and cared for, so you can relax while you’re away. Spent 6 months volunteering at an animal shelter. Have completed Two separate 10 session dog training courses with a certified dog trainer. Have completed online Instructional courses on E-collar training and behavior modification. Have experience handling dogs with behavioral issues/quirks Have cared for pets of family and friends in addition to my own for over 15 years . My family and I currently have two dogs and a lizard, so pet care is part of our daily routine, 24/7 365. My own dogs are walked daily and stimulated through play and training. When we are home as a family, the dogs are out with us enjoying life. When we are out of the house, they are either crated or secured in a room with fresh water. Safety/Security and respecting the animals are my core values. While the animals in my home are cared for like family, they are taught to respect boundaries and work for affection. In my care, pets are leashed unless they are in a secure, fenced area. I take the time to understand each animal is an individual who has unique needs. I cater my approach to each animal based on their specific demeanor.

About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was 3 years old, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands on experience with large breeds and am confident handling bigger dogs with different energy levels. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the importance of patience, comfort as they age. I put a lot of love and care into every pet I watch. I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby, so I treat every dog as if they were my own. Making sure they feel safe, loved, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule where I work from home somedays. My partner also works 5 minutes from our house and is able to help with potty breaks during the day. We spend a lot of time in our yard or walking the canal on nice days and would love a wagging tail to join us. We have a fenced in yard and live in a quiet neighborhood to go on walks. We love to go to the canal and spend time outside. We have a fully finished basement with mini splits and air circulation system, perfect for any size dog to enjoy!

I currently work part time from 10:30-5 3 days a week so I’m available to help with your animals before work or right after work I can also pet sit in my home and they would have free range of our house Our pets in our home have always been free to do what they please our house is wide open with a fenced in back yard that has a screen door that they can access to go out when they please .

“Sam and his wife were just what my older German shepherd girl needed to feel comfortable. She had wake at her pace , got to go to the beach and found a comfy chair to sleep in.
