About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 15 years old and have had a black lab my whole life. My friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets which has sparked a passion in me. My sister’s dog is handicap (using diapers/harness for stairs) and I’ve found through my experience watching him that I have built confidence in taking great care of pets. From the very start she went above and beyond — she was open to meeting us in person before the stay so Willow could get comfortable ahead of time, which made such a difference. Throughout the week she was communicative, sent photos, and was flexible in every way. But honestly, what stood out most was how much she genuinely loved Willow. You could just tell. She told us multiple times how sweet Willow was and that she’d miss her — and we believed every word of it. For us, leaving our girl with someone is a big deal, and Kayla made it so easy to feel at peace. We will absolutely use her again the next time we’re on the island.
