Sally was fantastic!! We are incredibly pleased by her service. She communicated well and sent lots of pictures. Sally was flexible to adjusting the pickup to be one hour earlier which was very kind. She is personable, friendly, communicative, and compassionate. Even though it was a rainy weekend she still made sure our puppy had outdoor time and even took her for a beach walk. We were very excited to find Taylor. We did a meet and greet which went awesome. At the last minute, we had day and time changes for our reservation due to being on vacation and having to work around various other people schedules. Taylor was very accommodating and sent pictures and updates on our princess. She was also very convenient to our vacation stay. We hope to use her again the next time we are at the Cape!
