“This was my first time using Mary for my little corgi, Beignet. Beignet sent two weeks with Mary and when I picked her up, she was happy and healthy, her weight was good and she had her normal appetite. It was obvious that she really took a serious liking to Mary. I am very grateful for the kind, loving care that was given to my little dog. I would recommend her to anyone!”

I was looking for someone to care for her where she would feel comfortable and at ease. Macey seemed calm when I went to get her after her one-night stay with Aja, her first Rover experience. Aja kept me well informed of how she was doing during her stay and provided me with pics of her. She seemed to be pretty calm when I picked her up, which made me feel good about her experience. I am grateful to Aja for her welcoming personality and her loving demeanor towards her guests and will be using her again for a longer stay soon!”

She also has a Toy Chihuahua named Paco and they became like "three peas in a pod!” My drop-off day was very hectic and behind schedule due to me preparing to go out of town, but Ms.Elena was pleasant and patient with me. When we arrived to her home, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean space with Southern Hospitality galore! During the stay she emailed me updates along with pics and videos of their playtime. Once I arrived home she offered to meet me at a convenient location to drop-off my baby, that she now calls “her baby”, since we lived a bit of a distance from one another. Sooo sweet...but that's not the best part. When I received Jeaux he had been bathed, his bed and towel washed and she even sent him home with his favorite toy from the visit! If you want someone to treat your dog like their own, this is the place. My experience with Ms. Elena was pleasant from start to finish and I would highly recommend her services. Jeaux gives her two paws up :)”

“We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. Jon, thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of our poms while we got married! See you next year! (-:”
