“Monica was wonderful! She took excellent care of Charley, sent us plenty of updates and left our house in immaculate condition after her stay. She even washed the sheets and remade the bed before she left (she didn't have to do that). Our Charley girl loved her and had such a good time. Your pet and home are in great hands with Monica; we can't wait to book her again!”

“Second time having Eric as a sitter for my pups. He seems to do a great job in taking care of the dogs while they are in his care. He is all about making sure your animals are cared for as they should be. Would hire for a 3rd time!”

“Kristin was great with our dog while we were out of town. She stayed at our home, shared pictures and great updates. Highly recommend; will definitely rebook in the future!”

“Just was great with Dutch he kept me updated through the holiday and made sure to send plenty of pictures! If you ever need someone to take care of you’re pup Justin will be the perfect match.”

“Stephanie is awesome! She always takes great care of our dog and cats. We know they are getting plenty of love while we’re gone. She sends daily updates and photos and we can see how happy they are at home with their friend!”

“Holly is the BEST! She sent me so many pictures of my little guy while I was gone which made my day every time I received one. She took such good care of my cat Lando and gave frequent updates on how he was doing and she responded very quickly whenever I sent her a message! She even washed the sheets and left our apartment SPOTLESS. Holly is amazing and will provide such peace of mind while you are away. I can tell Lando had so much love while we were gone! Thank you again Holly!!”

“Jeni was great—she kept me posted about how my pup was doing, took her on hikes, and was just generally warm with her. She also took great care of our house, which I was really appreciative of. We would definitely use her again!”

“We absolutely love Paige! We have six animals, three cats and three dogs. They all loved her and were very happy while we were away. Paige sent us updates and pictures of our happy fur babies and she also put water in our pool. We came home to a clean house and happy animals! We will definitely use Paige again!”

“Chris took excellent care of our 2 large dogs while we were out of town. He went above and beyond when they unfortunately got a little sick while we were gone. He was extremely dependable and very professional. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with their animals.”

“Nikki did such an amazing job caring for our two pups during a 4 day house sitting. As littermates, they needed someone with extra patience and experience handling their occasional reactivity. She really took the time to get to know them and understand their individual behaviors. Nikki made us feel so comfortable with regular updates, and adorable pictures. She even managed to leave the house cleaner than when she arrived! Next booking is just weeks away, twice as long, and we have no doubts that she'll be fantastic with them again!”

About: I grew up on a farm in Northeast PA & have cared for everything from horses & cows to orphaned opossums & baby fox! Throughout my life I have cared for hundreds animals in one form or another. My family also bred our German Shepherds for several years & I've cared for a friend's Great Dane when they became ill. For about a year I cared for him until they were reunited. My family currently have a cocker spaniel & four cats, one is Maine Coon. They all basically stay outside except when it's too hot for the fans to work or it's storming out, they don't really effect anything inside the house. aside from their scent. My family is just about split, dog or cat people. My wife tends to be more of a "crazy cat lady", while I tend to be conflicted, depending more on the actual animal. While deployed to Afghanistan we stumbled upon a litter of puppies, preferring to leave out the details, I'll say it was clear they were in need of serious help. We proceeded to put a puppy in each other's packs and zipped them up and left their heads popped out. (I had several pictures but cannot find them anymore, but I promise that the visualization is not as heartwarming and hilarious as it actually was!) After making glove bottles to feed them, lots of water and lots of scratches and belly rubs, they were running around and playing, a far cry from where we found. We gave all but one of those puppies away, one to some Blackhawk pilots, (we gave it to one of his door gunners), We gave one to both Attack & Battle Companies, & we gave the other two to different civilian contractors. Our puppy, was named Nathan in honor of our brother & Nathan stayed with us until the 101st Airborne came in and took over. Here's the deal, I'm not claiming to be the dog whispering Caesar Milan, but I feel I do possess the knowledge & skills to not only watch your furry friend but to actually care for them. Every animal is different & I will alter my approach and handling in different ways. If your dog loves to play with other dogs than they can play & party until the break of dawn, or if you've got yourself a bit of a lazy bones & they like to sun themselves on the deck all day, well that's fine too. I understand that I'm not only going to be caring for your pet, but a member of your family. I appreciate that some pet parents love & care for them as if they are their children. In fact, some may secretly like their pets more than their children, if that's the case that's just fine I'm not here to judge. (Either you've got some exceptionally awesome pets or some exceptionally terrible children) Jokes aside, I understand how important taking responsibility of your pet is and how important they are to you. I will not take charge of your four legged companion without all parties, including your pet, being as close to happy & content as paws-ible because let's face it, there's nothing I can do to make them as happy as they are then when they're with you. I try to be as flexible as possible because I do know that things change & I will do my best to accommodate your requests. If you would like to book a stay, and would like to do a meet & greet I recommend doing it at my house, I find it makes the most sense to have you and your pet come to the place where they will be staying. However I can make exceptions I understand being cautious about going to somebody's house or if it's a long distance we could possibly meet somewhere, We can also do a video chat through the Rover app. & we can always text or make an old fashioned phone call. Please let me know what I can do to help alleviate any concerns you may have, I am a stay at home father of a 1 year old and a 3 1/2 year old, I'm home all day with the kids unless we run the park or playground or even a walk. Depending on your four legged friend, we may play more in the yard or go on a big long walk with my dog and children, I try to keep an open schedule other than run of the mill errands, regardless there's almost always either myself or my wife at home. As I previously stated I will tailor my approach to your pet by taking cues from them and their behavior as to what they may want or need. Some animals are so easy & take separation from their owners as if they were never there. While some however do not take the initial separation well. However, I do possess the adequate knowledge, skills, & experience to help lessen those puppy cries. I have slept on the couch during a four night boarding because she did not like to sleep downstairs alone and would cry all night long. I will go above and beyond and do my best to provide usually 2x daily pictures or video, progress reports, and again I realize and understand that plans change. I have also on several occasions modified the stay because my clients wanted to stay on vacation a few more days.
“Ariel cared for our pups inside our home for 5 days while we traveled out of the country and I can’t speak highly enough of her! She checked in and sent pictures almost daily. Our 3 dogs had the BEST time and we already have her booked again in November”

“Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She was dependable and bailed me out of a last minute cancelation with a other sitter She provided daily updates and pics. She came for a walk thru and intro. I highly recommend her to anyone and will use her services again!”

“Sydney was very quick to respond to my booking request, which was highly appreciated since my original sitter had to cancel last minute. Sydney came to meet the dogs ahead of the visit and we loved her energy! She did a great job caring for our two dogs and we felt comfortable with her caring for them. She touched based and asked questions when she had them which I loved.”

“Julia was great! She was prompt getting to the house and sent pictures often during her stay! The house was picked up, which wasn't expected but a nice surprise after long trip! My 2 dogs were happy and seemed to have a great time with her. Julia is always quick to respond to text. We will definitely be reaching out again. Keeping the pups on their schedule was important to us, and she did that perfectly. Totally recommend Julia!!!”

“Nicole is our go to sitter! She stays at our home with our pups whenever we are out of town and she honestly leaves our home cleaner than we left it. She is so respectful of our home and pups and could not recommend her more! Our dogs love her and she does everything with extra care!”
“My two dogs were well cared for when I was on a 10 day adventure! They were happy and content and I felt so relived to know they were in such good care. Thank you!”

Tesa did a great job with my dogs over the weekend and I will definitely be reaching out again for future requests! She sent pictures and updates all 3 days and they always looked so happy and content in the pictures. Was able to enjoy my trip and not worry and I am very thankful!
Sydney did a phenomenal job petsitting for our dog! When we arrived home, it was obvious that Penny was well-cared for and happy. Sydney was conscientious and caring. I felt very at-ease knowing that Penny was in such good hands. And our home was clean and well cared for also! I will definitely want Sydney to petsit again!
Asia and Darien were great with our pups! They were patient, attentive, playful with them even though sirius was very nervous. We received lots of photos and videos throughout the day of the dogs playing in the yard or chilling which is always the highlight of any vacation. We would definitely use them again in the future!
